Love this place. My only complaint is that I wish they made churros the whole day. Highly recommend stopping by and grabbing some of their cake (especially the Oreo one) or empanadas.

There's no reason why I should have Metal shards in my food. I've been coming to Manolo's Bakery since before it was even Manolo's Bakery, since it was established under the name of Las Delicias. As a long time customer I do not appreciate the lack of safety that is applied at this establishment when making food. This morning I found METAL inside of my beef empanada. Not only is this a safety hazard but the curly haired young female that normally works up front as a cashier was extremely rude and had no empathy regarding the metal filled empanada. Poor customer service from the young curly haired female, I wish they would consider hiring an individual that can perform genuine customer service as a cashier.

Sooo sad we ordered a cake for my dads birthday and this was the colors I asked for, not the balls or the stickers just the colors as they are in the picture but this is what I got, not even the happy birthday is black. I expected better and was so disappointed this was the cake I received for my dad.

Met these great people at the Donut Fest Sunday as another vendor, went into the store today and the woman who helped me was so kind and helpful..everything looked amazing and she boxed everything up for me with care. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so

I can’t stress how AMAZING this place is. The baked goods are immaculate, the service is superb and my boyfriend and I visit atleast twice every week. I absolutely love Manolos and their food. Their Pan De Bono, Tres Leches, and sugared croissants are my favorite. They have traditional pan here as well but let me tell you…once you find this gem, it’s addicting haha. Best bakery in charlotte in my opinion!

my parents suggested this bakery because they had their king cake. I went with high hopes and got moldy pie.

Stopped by for a quick sweet fix, and only because I saw it in some review as not to be missed. Nope. I won't miss it.

I had a bad experience starting from customer service and ending with a bad product. I ordered a large Rosca de Reyes for over $60 after being misguided on the number of the people that will feed. I mentioned over the phone we were 8 people and they recommended me to buy the largest rosca which looks like it can feed 20+ people. I tried to cancel the order the day after I placed it (5 days before pick up date) and they told me they don't offer refunds. They even did not let me change the size of the rosca. Additionally, my guests reviewed the rosca as dry and lacking strawberry filling. Not sure if I will ever return to the bakery.

I gave it another chance after a bad review and I went yesterday and bought 2 different sweets, one with lemon and another like a miloja with several layers and caramel, how disgusting it was so old, and the lemon one was cheese cake with lemon, nothing special. But theAnother one almost vomited and paid almost 16 for both

Heard lots of good things about this bakery, and once I saw they had empanadas I really prioritized getting over there. Thankfully I was in the area for an appointment and swung by afterwards. I tried the empanadas, cookies, donut, churros, and a croissant. Everything was really good but I probably wouldn't get the spinach and cheese empanada as the cheese was a tad much for me and different from the cheese in the guava empanada. The guava and cheese empanada really stands out but everything was pretty top notch.

This was the 3rd bakery I had stopped at today. Was expecting it to be way better. Bread is not fresh. I grabbed 4 conchas 2 tiny doughnuts, 2 churros, a bread w butter and 2 tarts and total was $42.. not worth it. Churros were very hard. I think circle ks concha's in a bag tasted better. I'm from Arizona so we have a lot of good food and this was not good at all...

Hands down the best bakery in the East Charlotte area! This place is my go to for last minute birthday cakes, as there is a great grab and go selection. Don't like cake? They've got so many options including churros, donuts, ice cream, macaroons, and even empanadas! It's a great atmosphere, with seating available to dine in. What keeps me coming back is their customer service. They have the absolute sweetest, most accommodating staff. And they're located in the heart of East Charlotte!
