First, the food was great, just get take out! Unfortunately, can’t recommend it because the service was terrible. Lots of people working but our waitress seemed to be the one struggling the most. She never checked on us after others bought our food, brought cheese dip after waiting forever and having to ask twice but then when she bought out two of them she said they are out of chips so we couldn’t eat our dip. We also had to ask for refills. She was very preoccupied with a table of two men who seemed to get all her attention. It was hard to enjoy the food when we were already so frustrated. Wouldn’t go back, wish we had made another decision for our one dinner in Charlotte on vacation.

Went with my wife. Only 6 other people in the restaurant. She ordered steak tacos and I ordered a chicken burrito. Service was beyond slow. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, we just told the waitress we were going to get it to go instead. Once we got home, we found out that they didn't even give us the correct food. My wife was given chicken tacos instead of the steak tacos she ordered. I ordered spinach in place of a salad but the spinach is missing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. 1 star rating

We had dinner here while staying at a nearby hotel. Very pleased with the food and service. Awesome selection to choose from. Will certainly be back when traveling through again.
I rarely leave reviews. I am not even from charlotte & I travel a lot but I must say I gave 5 stars for how authentic this food is. As a Latina we can tell the difference from packaged reheated corn tortillas to the ones made by hand from scratch. This is the real deal. Everything tasted homemade. Unlocked a lot of memories for me growing up. My only complaint was I didn’t receive lime wedges with what I ordered. But everything 10/10.
