Can’t believe they closed their store yesterday, Jan. 24th an entire day before the storm started and they didn’t even call to tell us. We paid in advance for a birthday cake, went to pick it up to find a sign on the door that said closed due to weather. This is absolutely unbelievable and terrible customer service. They should have called us. They have our money and we have nothing. Terrible!!!

I am convinced Marble Slab was sent from heaven specifically to test my self-control and I have failed. The strawberry and chocolate with brownie pieces is the best thing to ever exist. I have a serious addiction.
I get a quart every three or four days. I think about it constantly. It consumes me. I literally start to cry if it’s been days without it. I’ve spent so much money here and I can’t stop. I need help.
When I’m feeling depressed, this ice cream instantly makes it all better. No other ice cream can compare to this one. If they ever stop making it, go ahead and plan my funeral because I’m going with it.

Bad customer service. I walked in to no one being in the lobby, the place was empty. I waited a few minutes before two girls walked in from the back. They were just talking to each other, not even greeting me or anything. I had to interrupt them to start my order and when I finished ordering they went straight back to talking to each other. I wanted to adjust my order a little bit and tried to ask them but they didn’t hear me over their talking. When I went to pay, one girl asked the other if it was two regular cones and the girl said “I don’t know.” Other than the bad service, the ice cream was super melted and was dripping even as the worker was handing me the cone… Could have been a worse experience but certainly not the best.

Delicious ice cream and sometimes you get ice cream for free. But it's really expensive.
Terrible ice cream, melted and just sitting on the top of the container and still served like there’s no issue. No sanitation practices being followed. Just threw it away immediately.

Sebastian, Hudson and Davis were so incredibly helpful with making an ice cream selection! They were very mindful when suggesting toppings as well! Our ice cream was excellent and the staff was so friendly! 10/10 Would return!!
