Business should not relay on customers for a tip, making part of the salary the actual tip for the employees. They want tip when is their job to do wherever they do, serving a scoop of ice cream really, I do tipping for a full service in a restaurant. Not any single place, where the employees are getting paid for what they do.

Marble Slab Creamery has very good ice cream cakes. If you prefer more than a very thin bit of actual cake, this is not your place. I did not order in advance, so I don't know the options that are available when doibg so. I appreciated the many options. Our birthday person did not like chocolate, so the strawberry shortcake option was a good one with real strawberries on top. The small cake is pricey, but the quality of ice cream was good. A small was more than enough for 6 in my humble opinion. If you plan on writing something on the small cake, you won't get more than Happy Birthday on there.

Walked in with my family was never greeted by the 2 employees that were working. There were zero customers inside but 1 customer at the drive up window. The one gentlemen was servicing the window customer and the other young lady kept looking at us out of the corner of her eye slamming cookie dough. We waited a little longer then another employee came from the back to offer the employee who was slamming dough around some circus tickets. Waited another 2 minutes(approximately 6/7 minutes all together) still was never acknowledged. My husband said let’s go I’m not going to spend my money here so we walked out. I decided to walk back in and request the manager who wasn’t there. Maybe this is why the employees didn’t feel the need to greet us. A few years ago when I lived in the neighborhood I had a great experience tonight I couldn’t say the same unfortunately. Teach employees to at least say to customers walking in “we’ll be right with you, welcome give us a minute!” Something would have been nice maybe we were invisible. Hopefully we have a better experience in the future.

Service wasn't bad, I wasn't impressed when the young lady waiting on me decided to shake the tip jar before ringing me up. There was a salty taste to the brownie sundae I ordered, probably won't be back.

Beautiful evening, walked into store and was decently empty. We ordered. As I watched them get the ice cream around (with no gloves) they skipped a few ingredients. When we went to pay I asked about the missing ingredients and then was told they were out.Overall, not a great experience. Messing up ice cream is for sure a bummer.

Every time we go here there is some kind of problem. Tonight they said “ice cream only no toppings”. I understand that the slab where they mix was somehow not working, but could they not put toppings just on top of the ice cream? The staff is never friendly and always act like serving us is the biggest inconvenience.
