Never again. My cone was so stale tasting and the ice cream wasn’t that good. The cookies were horrible as well. Not how I remember Great American cookies. $14 wasted..

Waited AN HOUR for our ice cream. Did a pick up order and it took over an hour to get ice cream. Said we could cancel the order but that it would not be refunded to us since we had already paid for it?? Never heard of that? Service was awful. Very rude and unprofessional

“Bad service, they deny the banana split” On several occasions I have come to this place I love ice cream especially the banana split, I have already been on several occasions the girls who work in this place are excellent, except in the man who works in this place always says that there is no banana split, he puts an annoyed face it seems that he does not like to work, today he told us that there was no banana split and one of the girls had to tell him that if he had to look well. They should do something with this person who attends super badly.

I usually come often since I love this ice cream shop, but what a regret that the attention is so bad. They deny that they don’t have meringues or split bananas, it’s so unpleasant to pay for a service and be served in the worst way, the boy who is tonight gives a HORRIBLE service, whenever I come it’s the same when he’s there, he turns my eyes when you talk to him and so on, it’s bad to go through this when you want to eat something delicious.
I hope you see my comment and can improve since the ice cream shop is worth it!

Don’t come here. Bad customer service. I only left my house to drive 15 mins for a shake and when I arrived they said they “weren’t doing shakes”. Just because they didn’t want to clean the shake machines. If I wanted this kind of service I could have easily gone to McDonald’s at least it’s cheaper for their bad service. Very disappointed bc I was looking for my new dessert spot

I’m gonna be Reall and always be . I went in with my boyfriend . Was very indecisive . I got the Oreo cone with Oreo cookie dough with fudge . I tasted the ice cream . Over all I’ve cream was a good 7/8 . The cone ??? Oh my god . It taste like soap . Smothered all in the thing . I thought it was suprise and just my taste bud and I told my boyfriend he could have it , didn’t let him know the cone tasted weird .. soon as he took the cone from be and took his first bite out of the cone he literally said “ wtf “ .. we ended up fighting over the icecream biting the cone off just to get to the ice cream .. lol . Honestly I’ll be back . But … JUST FOR THE ICE CREAM … In A Cup Ofcourse … But People Was Nice . Super Sweet .

Business should not relay on customers for a tip, making part of the salary the actual tip for the employees. They want tip when is their job to do wherever they do, serving a scoop of ice cream really, I do tipping for a full service in a restaurant. Not any single place, where the employees are getting paid for what they do.
Marble Slab Creamery has very good ice cream cakes. If you prefer more than a very thin bit of actual cake, this is not your place. I did not order in advance, so I don't know the options that are available when doibg so. I appreciated the many options. Our birthday person did not like chocolate, so the strawberry shortcake option was a good one with real strawberries on top. The small cake is pricey, but the quality of ice cream was good. A small was more than enough for 6 in my humble opinion. If you plan on writing something on the small cake, you won't get more than Happy Birthday on there.

Walked in with my family was never greeted by the 2 employees that were working. There were zero customers inside but 1 customer at the drive up window. The one gentlemen was servicing the window customer and the other young lady kept looking at us out of the corner of her eye slamming cookie dough. We waited a little longer then another employee came from the back to offer the employee who was slamming dough around some circus tickets. Waited another 2 minutes(approximately 6/7 minutes all together) still was never acknowledged. My husband said let’s go I’m not going to spend my money here so we walked out. I decided to walk back in and request the manager who wasn’t there. Maybe this is why the employees didn’t feel the need to greet us. A few years ago when I lived in the neighborhood I had a great experience tonight I couldn’t say the same unfortunately. Teach employees to at least say to customers walking in “we’ll be right with you, welcome give us a minute!” Something would have been nice maybe we were invisible. Hopefully we have a better experience in the future.
