Every time we go here there is some kind of problem. Tonight they said “ice cream only no toppings”. I understand that the slab where they mix was somehow not working, but could they not put toppings just on top of the ice cream? The staff is never friendly and always act like serving us is the biggest inconvenience.

It took them 30mins+ and a phone call to CONFIRM my DoorDash order. Then the entire order arrived INCORRECT. I called back and asked for a manager, I was told the manager is not present but there is a shift leader. I greeted the Shift Leader and asked who I was speaking with...the SHIFT LEADER asked me, a customer, why I need to know her NAME. I refunded my order and will not be ordering again. The customer service is awful. Linda should not be a shift leader if she is opposed to sharing her name with complaining customers. The cookies are declining in quality along with the service.

Honestly what can I say. Best ice cream and cookies I've had my entire life! Not only that but I had Jonathan assist me and my colleagues, and let me tell you, I had the best customer service it was EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! You should definitely give them a try!! Ps ice cream was so good it put me to sleep!!

Service was not that great and very nonchalant. pistachio and peanut butter ice cream was actually really good however I had to throw away the peanut chocolate waffle cone because it tasted like cleaning products. The after taste is so horrible. Can't wait to get home and rinse my mouth out..
The ice cream was good but my service was bad. I asked for five and strawberries but they forgot to put the fudge on till after it was in the cup so I just asked for it on top instead. I waited at the register after getting my ice cream for about 5 minutes which is fine since they did seem busy but when a man came and ordered a cookie the staff asked if they could check him out before me. I was very confused as to why. The staff was not very kind or apologetic.

Great ice cream and lots of flavors to choose from!!! The entire family love it,we don’t mind the drive because it’s a little far away from us!!! Cheesecake and butter pecan my favorite and they have a great rewards program!!! Just sign up and get points you can towards your purchases!!!!

Workers seemed very annoyed that we were there. They were actually miserable that I walked in. They failed to mention they were out of vanilla ice cream as I contemplated what I ordered. I finally decided on ordering a vanilla shake, but then let me know they’re out of vanilla ice cream, which is top 2 all time ice cream flavor. They were also out of peanut-butter sauce, a top 3 all time sauce. Also out of napkins—-they had a roll of paper towels for the entire Charlotte community to use. Ice cream was good.

Quick, friendly service. Yummy ice cream with lots of options to personalize it. They were out of an ingredient and the server asked if I was ok with the sub and I totally was. Highly recommend.
