Went in for carry out. Place was busy. Watched pizza makers make pizzas with no gloves. Same people touching raw dough, coming to cash register, answering phone, take cash, touch card reader and go back to dough and pizza WITHOUT washing hands. I left.

We moved here a year ago and have tried all the local pizza spots, but this Marco’s on Monroe has become our clear favorite. The staff is always warm and welcoming, especially the lovely woman with the greyish-brown ponytail. She’s a delight every time I pick up. Our orders are always ready on time, exactly as requested, and consistently delicious. We couldn’t ask for better service or pizza!

I am a Marcos fan who is very disappointed right now. Pizza tasted how it looked. Sucks spending money on delivery, waiting longer than quoted, and then having it arrive as cold garbage. Lesson learned.
Update: Marcos reached out and did a great job in rectifying my complaints. Very impressed with their response. As such the score of the review has been updated

I've ordered from this location 3 times, each time has been excellent. The staff is great, friendly & very helpful, pizza is tasty, fresh ingredients and plenty of them and food is ready on time.
