Absolutely horrid experience tonight (02/13) at Marco's....wanted to place a phone order at 11:38p and was told that they are no longer taking orders, and was hung up on twice; although, the website stated 5 minutes until order placing stops...placed the order online and arrived at 11:48p to pick up the order, the gentleman at the register asked the pick up name, he took my money, and when I mentioned he hung up the phone twice, he ignored me, then I asked for his name and a card to obtain the general managers information and he once again ignored me so I proceeded to take a pic of the gentleman so I could have a reference, he then cancelled my order and did not give me my pizzas, although they were sitting on the rack. The other workers were of no assistance to they looked on in stupidity.

I order delivery from this place prob 2-3x wk. I live close by so the food is always fresh and either hot/cold as designed. Moreso than that though, everything is always super nicely prepared. Like people who still gaf about anything made it! I'm the knida person that appreciates that. University Marco's is doing it right... Salute!
Staff was very friendly. The pizza was good but nothing special I’m afraid so I can’t recommend it and I won’t go back.

Ordered delivery the driver delivered the pizza without knocking or ringing the door bell just left it on the porch. When I called and spoke to the manager on duty he stated That the driver stated she confirmed delivery on the app. I told him we do not have the app so if it wasn’t on my camera how would I know it’s outside. I guess leaving the tip before it’s delivered isn’t the way to go.

Apparently they can’t be bothered to give tomatoes on the side. Seems like a lazy employee problem rather than a company issue because if I’m Marcos and someone wants to buy three slices of a tomato for 2 bucks+ I’m not saying no, I’ll just throw 3 slices of tomatoes in a wrapper, a container etc. It’s seemingly a trivial complaint, I will just cut a tomatoes here at home, no problem, but this is the service industry and your customer isn’t asking you to stand on one foot jump and pat your tummy. , I’m asking to purchase something you sell…Lazy food workers need to be replaced by AI, they don’t want the jobs and companies don’t want to pay them enough to care.
