I ordered a Gambas Al Ajillo. It was basically them sauteing 5 shrimp pieces in buttered sauce with garlic and throwing a slice of sourdough on the side. It was horrible. They also have a beverage which is supposedly fresh lime soda with red wine. In truth they just pour sprite into red wine. Service was good though.

Tried them once and thought the gambas al ajillo was pretty good. Tried them again and got the plate of the day which was a shrimp sandwich… AMAZING! Toasted baguette with fried shrimp, chive aioli and Guindilla peppers. Add this to the menu… STAT! So good

The food was absolutely amazing and the gentleman that took our order had the warmest smile and was incredibly nice.
I was nervous about ordering because I know tapas is small plates so my girlfriend and I ordered 3 things: meatballs, calamari, and stuffed peppers. It was all delicious and surprisingly a lot of food. The calamari especially was a lot of food. We spent $40 total including a tip.
Overall I would highly recommend eating here.

Love this fast tapas spot at Optimist Hall, what a great addition. Flavor is on point and staff is really friendly! The calamari is some of the best I’ve ever had and all the sandwiches I have now verified are delicious in their own unique way. Can’t go wrong with making a selection here, don’t pass up when visiting OH.

The pan con tomato with cheese is so simple, but so hard to find a great version, but they nailed it - exactly as delicious as what we had while in Spain and Portugal. And the basque (burnt) cheesecake is amazing!!!
