Make sure to check your order before leaving. This is round two for this location leaving an item out of my order. However this is the first time I’m bothering myself with leaving a review. Today Annalise left an item out of my order and when I returned upset due to inconvenience, I requested a refund for my inconvenience. She shared that nothing was wrong with the order so technically a refund was warranted. What Annalise instead should have responded in an apologetic tone excusing her actions or mishap. She then proceeded to storm off to the kitchen to gossip about it with her co-workers who stared me down thru kitchen door. Super unprofessional experience today.

I was hoping that this was like the DC Nordstrom Cafe, but it's a bistro. It's definitely different, as is the menu. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Panni. It was lack-luster at best. It wasn't pressed. It's a dry sandwich placed on a grill with over cooked rubbery chicken that was cold. There was seasoning ( I could see it but not taste it). The bread is a thin sliced sandwich bread. I was underwhelmed. The food wasn't great nor was the service.It's a cute tucked location on the 2nd floor. There was an issue with a patrons' salmon, and he had to come 2x to fix it. The manager on duty wasn't very accommodating. I was shocked as he had cereal palsy and had to walk in twice. I was baffled

I went in expecting nothing more than Panera but it was much worse. I had the turkey club. The bread was so stale and sharp my mouth was destroyed for days. The chips were 100% bbq lays. The french dip was like someone went to make a a steak sub and remembered last minute then put sink water in a bowl as a dip. All that with 2 waters and it was $40.

Worth waitsExcellent service!!You will remember this restaurant by their service and make you come back again and againEven I don't have anything to shop at Norstrom ,( located on 2nd floor)I would drive 25mins to 30mins to have lunch or early dinner there.There are many good restaurants in CharlotteIt's one of The Best restaurantsFoods !!From Pizza ! Customer service at the Shoe department. I had the worst experience on August 20th, 2022. I went to the Women's Shoe department and asked the employee standing at the women's shoe area if there was a particular sandal they had. I had a picture of the sandal from the Nordstrom website. He looked down at me and said this is the Designer shoe area you will have to go to the Women's shoe area. I asked him isn't this the women's shoe dept. he said no and pointed me to the order pick up area. This employee was standing around doing nothing and could have helped me. I went to the order pick up area and asked them where the women's shoe dept was located and they pointed me to the same area where I came from earlier. I felt the employee did not want to assist me and looked at me as though I didn't belong there. I felt discriminated. I had just spent $150 earlier at this store. Not a good experience. I had gone to Dillards prior to visiting this place and was treated so much better.

This place serves amazing food, from their soft cookies to their delicious pizzas and sandwiches. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich is soooo good! It’s panini pressed and has avocado, chicken and jack cheese melted on it. They don’t serve fries but their side salad and barbecue chips are so good! 10/10 experience with the food and employees

THE FOOD HERE IS REALLY GOOD IF YOU CAN CATCH IT OPEN TO SIT DOWN AND ENJOY A MEAL. I HATE THE FACT THAT THE CAFE IS CONSTANTLY CLOSED. EITHER IT DOS NOT OPEN UP FOR THE DAY OR THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY , LIKE 3 OR 4. I FEEL LIKE IF YOUR BUSINESS HOURS SAY UR OPEN FROM 11AM - 6PM THEN THOSE ARE THE HOURS THAT IT SHOULD BE HELD UP TO. SO MANY TIMES I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE GET TURNED AWAY INCLUDING MYSELF BECAUSE A MANGER DECIDED THAT THEY WANT TO GO HOME EALRY AND CLOSES THE CAFE DOWN.
