I asked the server three times if the dish I was ordering had bell peppers in it. I hate bell peppers. He said no. When it came, it was ALL bell peppers. He never came back to ask if everything was ok. When he came back to pick up our dishes, he showed no interest in my untouched plate. I tried to find a manager. There wasn't one.
Coming back no more..

The food is very delicious

We've been in Charlotte for 13 days and needed a Mexican food fix. Being from Texas, we've got everything from Tex Mex to authentic Mexican. We were a little worried! I had a birria taco and the hubs had a Mexican Ramen dish with beef and mushrooms. Everything was delish! The ramen had a hard boiled egg in it, just YUM. The flavors were unique and the service was super friendly. We'll go back!

The food was really good. Came in town to visit and wanted to some Mexican food, best that I have had in a while. I will definitely be back. Kellita was our server and she was lovely, knew the menu very well and helped us decide what to eat.

We have seen a lot of TikTok's about Maria's so we decided to try it for ourselves. It had both good and bad dishes. The birria tacos were the best thing that we had. The meat was so tender it just fell apart and the dip was excellent. The chicken nachos were good and way too much for one person. The steak and shrimp tacos were above average. We did get some sort of mixed dish with a taco, tostada, cheese enchilada and something else that was not very good at all. The refried beans were top notch and the salsa was way better than your average Mexican restaurant. If you go, stick with anything birria and you will be OK.

The food was good, came due to TT videos etc. loved the decor and feel, I gave a 3 due to the customer service. I let it roll off my shoulder, but honestly the staff wasn’t friendly & not welcoming at all.

Of course I stopped in for the TIkTok tacos! I can't lie they are highly recommended! I ordered 3 and could barely finish the first one. They're totally stuffed with meat and cheese and the broth/sauce to dip them in is pure genius! Believe the hype!!!

Very good food with some unique dishes and reasonable prices. Unfortunately service was unorganized but friendly. Need practice
