The golden matcha ice cream was good. The matcha latte was okay. Wished it was a higher quality matcha. Good for anyone who is trying matcha for the first time.

everything was just okay.. i feel like not even the vanilla ice cream had that much flavor???? the toppings were at the bottom of the cup and the cup was small so you’re making a mess just to get to everything at once. i was pretty excited for the matcha cake topping but it was dry and not sweet.

I think today will probably be our last experience here. Customer service has gone down hill and the prices are too high for this sort of experience. Went today and the cashier had a very thick accent. It was hard to understand her and our order ended up incorrect because of the miscommunication. She refused to change/fix it even though my husband wasn't even asking her to remake the entire drink. The matcha quality is good but I don't want to keep wasting money here when the order ends up wrong, etc. I've also had issues where they are closed even when the Google listing says they should be open. I don't live nearby so it really sucks to get there and find them closed during business hours.

Every time I patronize this place, I get fraudulently deceived out of another junk fee. Whether it’s $.50 for a cup to put my soft serve in (where’s the credit for the waffle cone?) or it’s and undisclosed debit card fee. I always leave their feeling violated. I’m gonna dance at their bankruptcy filing.

Being a matcha person before the hype makes this place refreshing.

The matcha is on the top level in terms of quality.
Everything on the menu is worth trying at least once.

The seating is decent. It can get packed for the size of the store but the frequency of open seats can range. (Especially on Sunday afternoons)

I kinda wish there were more locations.

authentic rich potent matcha, creamy delish chestnut cake, a few complex menu items (chestnuts + matcha cake + soft serve + chewy rice ball thing + etc ... in 1 item?!), and i will fr always remember the matcha lemonade w/ ube swirl (fav). + sells matcha soft serve in a large container for fridge. fav place...20m drive
