This is my first ever yelp review so y'all are in for a treat. I was feeling under the weather and my wife wanted a chef salad, so I figured, what the hell, I'll throw a chicken tortilla soup on the order, how bad could it be? I was wrong. I can say I've never been downright offended by a soup before today, but it happened. Without a doubt, one of the worst things I've ever tasted. It had both the look and consistency of dog vomit. Fuck you guys for calling that chicken tortilla soup. What I received was against the Geneva convention. Never again.

I normally don't give a review like this... But I have to give credit where credit is due! Everything about this location was fantabulous!They had a great aptmosphere.. Although, the restaurant was a little crowded and I was amazed at how well everything went.... Our order was rather large and had specific choices...Everything came out at one time, all hot & fresh! No complaints whatsoever.... the staff were all working well together & each one gave service with a smile!THANKS!

I have this one star because I've been holding back on reviews with the hopes it would turn around. It hasn't.I love the chili spud, but it's never fresh... hot but too hard, not fluffy, where I can mix my spud with a fork.I will probably stick with Rusty's Deli. It's just too tight of a space and a long wait but good for the most part. **rusty's chili has beans in it, which was another reason I chose McAlister's.**(I eat on the go due to occupation, so I'm always looking for something fulfilling)

Very unprofessional. I don’t like going to places when it’s almost closing time but me and my wife figure we would grab some salads to go because it was only 8:40 before we left town as we don’t live in Charlotte. When we walked in the gentleman in the front kept asking the back if they were still taking orders he asked over and over again never truly addressing my self and my wife till someone finally answered him they had some kind of discussion and I heard the lady in the back say no potatoes. By this point my wife was disgusted and promptly said thank you good bye and we walked out. Disappointing

The food was good as always, but what I need to thank this location for more than anything is how understanding y'all were when I came in with my service dog in training. He isn't there 100% but they accommodated us none the less. Thank you McAlister's for being disability inclusive.

At 6:30pm online order for a Salad and spud was no ready 45 min after being placed. Only 1 table in restaurant and 1 other online order pending. There was a cashier and 2 kitchen staff. No attempt made for presentation of the food. Just dumped ing the to go container.

Not sure why Eric is a manager because his service is terrible. Was on the phone the whole drive to McAllister (20 mins) being transferred, on hold and once someone did answer they hung up. Wasted my time and will never be returning here.
I had to send my daughter's order back twice. I also asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and didn't receive it. Won't be anytime soon.

I went in the late evening (after 8pm) and it was practically a ghost town. I can't speak for the rest of the day. The staff were amicable. The restroom (women's) needs a good scrub down. The food was good. I had the pick 2 (half McAllister club and shareable nachos $9.79 + tax) to go. The chili for the nachos was very tasty. I downloaded the app (ordered on app), created an account and got a free McAllister's famous sweet tea. Although, I can't really agree or disagree with that statement. You see, I requested an Arnold Palmer most of which of the lemonade was on the bottom and the tea on the top. There was so much ice (floats to the top) in my cup it watered down the tea but when I got closer to the bottom and hit the lemonade...pay dirty, lemonade slamming❣️?. Next time I'll request little or no ice and stir it with a straw so that it's blended better. Bon Appetit!

Got the harvest chicken salad sandwhich and tomatoe cucumber salad. I normally get this all the time at the S.Tryon location and it is really good. This location was very dissappointing. They spread every bit of maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad on the bread and the salad had no italian dressing on it what so ever. I will never return to this location again. I will stick to the location I know next time.

Wow! I am so impressed with McAlister's Deli and this location. I recently joined their rewards club and decided to try their delivery service. It is outstanding!! Not only do I feel better about being able to order directly from them instead of the restaurant having to pay 20-30% to one of those price-gouging delivery services, it's also a faster delivery time, more convenient for me, and less expensive.Anyway, look at this pic!! It was all hot, and looked perfect, and tasted incredible!!!Fyi, I learned that they have a new " tea pass" for only $6.99. It's good for 30 days. I ordered it tonight and your first beverage is included (normally $2.99). If you are a tea fanatic like me, it is so worth it! I usually get tea about 3x/week.
