They need help. There was a customer in line holding up line over 4 bucks. People were walking out. I stood in line for 15 minutes, and I would have left but paid for my food online.I felt bad for the workers because they were trying, but it was only 3 people. Two making food, one cashier. And one lady came back in after making a delivery. It was bad.

Two times in the last month I've put in an online order to pick up. Got burnt bread with little to no meat both times. Also got chili that is supposed to be veggie, although it only contained 3 or 4 beans or vegetables. Worst McAlister's I've ever been to hands down.

I am so disappointed and upset with this location. I have been coming here literally since the grand opening. I normally go on my lunch break and get a Chef Salad. This particular night I took my family out for dinner. Half of the dining room was closed and only two clean tables available ? ok,np. I get my salad and it was less than half the size I normally get! I questioned the cashier and she said it was because I got spinach instead of the regular lettuce. I always get my salad with spinach and the box is overflowing. I will now go to the location at the Outlet Mall. I went there Sunday and received a regular size salad. So long S. Tryon!

Won’t go back to this location, ever! I like Mcalisters but the people that work here need to be fired! Truth.Definitely, the food deserves at least a 0 and service is terrible. Lady who is taking order was gossiping with one of other customer.I waited for 10 minutes so she can ask me for my order. I visited in during evening hours which Should be crowded but only one person was for dine in. Lady at front again was busy with another lady. One couple also had to wait even more than me just to give order for takeout. I am big fan of mc calister deli but today I had worst experience.I got wrong order and its burned. I have added photo.I was going through previous reviews and I found thatMany customers have same experience.I request to Mcalisters please focus on service and the people at counter who are taking orders. Because it spread negative message to people.

I love McAllister but this is the absolute worst location. I placed an ordered for curbsided had me sitting there for 15 minutes so I called they hung up on me I called again and the guy was supper rude about it half the things in my order weren’t there and my sandwich looked like someone just threw a bunch of stuff in the boxes. If I could, I would give this place -100 stars. I have been eating Mcalisters for years all of Charlotte and this by far is the best WORST ONE. The girl at the register has the most nastiest attitude and is very dismissive of customers inquiring about new menu item. BUT THE WORST PART OF IT ALL IS THE MANAGER ON DUTY. He got upset when we decided to sit outside and screamed out “ who opened the door” and when I replied “ Me” he came behind me and locked the door while my myself, my daughter, and my mother was sitting outside- we hadn’t even received our food. I was so tempted to call my brother for him, esp how rude he was being.I will scream from the soul to everyone on the southside to NEVER visit this place again.I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

I probably go here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch! This is a great lunch spot. I always order the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich w/ potatoe salad and oreo cheesecake! So delicious! I definitely spoil myself with the cheesecake part but the rest of it is healthy and not heavy! Perfect sized meal.
This location is always understaffed. If you don't order online ahead of time, you either get turned away or wait a long time for your food. The food is always good for me, but the service is miserable. Parking is frequently difficult esp if you have a truck/

Definitely, the food deserves at least a 4, but the service is terrible. Coincidentally, the two times I ordered to take out, the same lady was in front. The first time, she was more worried about her phone call than to take care of the customers, even so someone else asked her to step outside.This time, I thought she was busy bagging orders, but after 10 minutes, another customer comes in, and she does greet him and helps him out, and then she comes to me. Really disrespectful, especially when she did look at me a couple of times and didn't take a second to ask why I was standing there waiting. Once I got home, we realized that we asked for some extra sour cream, butter milk ranch and butter packet, and we didn't get any of those, the avocado was disappointing and the bacon was almost absent.
