I ordered 2 club sandwich’s and chilli from this location yesterday because I wasn’t feeling well. The food had mold on it I threw all the food away and got even sicker. I spent $60 for what to get sicker. This is crazy and poor service and this restaurant should be closed down. I will have someone look into this for me.
I will not order from this restaurant ever again.

I’ve always had great experiences at this location, but today was a huge disappointment. I ordered through DoorDash at 6:20pm, and to my disgust, I found a long hair in my food. This is extremely upsetting and concerning from a health and hygiene perspective. I’ve frequented this spot without any issues before, so this was shocking and really disheartening. I hope the management takes this seriously because this kind of oversight shouldn’t happen.

My order is never correct when I order from this location.

First time visitor. The menu has a wide variety of sandwich options, along with salads and soups. My other half ordered the Sweet and Smokey Chicken sandwich and I had the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch. Both were excellent sandwiches, very soft breads, a good size (no having to smash it down to fit in your mouth). I love a sandwich where your jaw isn't exhausted halfway through.
For sides we had the very smooth and creamy Mac and Cheese and the delicious potato salad. We'll definitely be going here again to try more sandwiches.

5 stars because the young lady in the headscarf (hijab) is absolutely delightful. Professional, friendly, and provided great customer service. I regret not paying attention to her nametag, but please do thank her for me!

Had to get the chicken salad there didn't know anything about gluten-free buns or breading.

Food always great...service was lazy and condescending and visiting with one another instead of service to guest. Asked after getting in car and going back in where is my cookie was told I should have asked and it's on counter for self service. And when handing me my receipt dropped it out of my reach and turned away. But the establishment I love

I just ordered from McAlister's period I ordered the club sandwich and when my order was received I received a meatball sub with chips and cake. I asked the store if they could remake my order and send it to me. I was told no because the order was placed with uber eats. I thought since itwas their mistake. They would make it over and have it delivered. This is poor customer service. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this place again
