It's not a deli if you can't order something that isn't on their menu!!

I’ve been visiting this location since I moved into the area about a year ago. Every experience has been amazing. Friendly service, delicious food, accurate and efficient ordering - always a pleasurable and reliable experience. I picked up an order today and the gentleman assisting me offered me a free drink, simply out of kindness. The employees here consistently go above and beyond for the customers and I am just so grateful to have this exceptional little spot in our community. Thank you McAlister’s in Berewick for having the best, sweetest employees! You have a customer for life. 😊

This sandwich place was clean and the staff was nice. Nothing wrong there. But overpriced sandwiches are getting old. There was nothing special about what I ordered. Just a regular sandwich at a not so regular price. It wasn’t bad. Just not worth the hype or the cost.

Very expensive food for a poor experience. I ordered a salad and 3 sandwiches, over $70 and the salad was soggy and the chicken tasted old. It was my first time, but after this I will definitely not go back to the restaurant.

This McAlister always has pleasant employees working. The restaurant is never dirty with plates sitting on tables even when it is busy during lunch hours.

Ordered half a sandwich and half a soup online, both were absolutely delicious, hot and fresh.

I tried to order online, but it wouldn't let me at the desired location, so I had to order in person. Besides that the service was very good, as well as the food. It didn't take more than 5 minutes for my order to be ready

The Pastrami Sandwich is a good option you can you look for a strong flavor.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go for lunch. The salad bar is always off the charts.

We'd eat here more often if the indoor temperature wasn't always set at sub-zero. Why do cold? Also, went should it cost $50 for two people to eat sandwiches and soup???

Came to get food for the night when I got to the door the door was locked at 8:45pm. I had to knocked on the door several times to get in. I asked the young Dianna are they closed she stated no. I then asked why was the door locked then she replied because I wanted to lock it. Horrible customer service to say that the restaurant was not even closed yet. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Best tea around Charlotte. You can also buy it by the gallon. Pro tip: for the non-southerners who may be shocked by the sweetness of sweet tea, order it half and half. They mix as desired.
