We ordered the happy box of the grich and they gave us a gift from Disney, we ordered 6 nuggets and they gave us only 3, I want my money back and they should hire someone competent

Call it is McDonald’s because it’s three minutes away from my job. The frappe machine is always down and I bought a Mc double today and my burger was burnt and I don’t have time to keep on going back-and-forth to work until that McDonald’s. I guess I decide to choose another one, even though it’s longer distance.

I ordered 2 hotcakes and sausages other to work so I didn't check the bag when I received my order. When I got to work and looked in my bag there was only ONE and MO RECEIPT!!! And of course the phone number listed online us wrong. Can't take this anymore, I'm done with mcdonald's

I’m a door dasher from Florida. I was assigned an order at this location and the staff was overbearingly, rude. I’m accustomed to pulling up to the drive thru to get my late night orders and when I got to this location the women in the window blatantly ignored me. At first I assumed she was busy and didn’t realize I was there than I hunked the horn to get her attention and she walked off never acknowledging my presence. It took for me to see another dasher and get instructions from her just to get my customers order. The customer service sucks if you don’t like your job find a new one. If they feel that way about humans imagine how they feel about your food.

Lady had me waiting for 45 minutes on a 10 pc nugget meal with a Fry And Sweet Tea and a McDouble added worst customer service experience. Never coming here again…. That’s for sure. Sad part is they caught a attitude with me because I asked for my food.

you order one thing, and then they tell you that everything you ordered cannot be given, their coffee machine is always being cleaned at lunch time when it is needed, the milkshake is not available when I have already bought it, the worst McDonald's
Super easy to stop in here for breakfast, picking up an Egg McMuffin meal (with small coffee and hash brown) to go. All assembled and cooked properly, still hot. I ordered on the app from the parking lot and it was ready when I walked in. My coffee was just how I ordered it - with two cream and light ice.
Parking lot and the dining room were clean. Almost sparkling!

Parking: Easy parking for regular cars. It's urban so semi's won't fit.

I stopped in to order lunch which was around 10:28 right before their lunch started and I was told to order off the kiosk which didn’t give me the option to order lunch. I walked out and will never return to this McDonald’s again. They are rude. They have 0 customer service and I also have spoken with other people who have said the same thing. I would recommend to anyone that they never go here and I will certainly continue to do so.

I ordered my food 20 mins prior to arriving, and wasted an entire 30 min lunch waiting for my food which i still don’t currently have yet, but multiple customers have come and processed orders and they got the food and are gone. This is completely unacceptable that’s 50 mins just right there and I’m still waiting!!!

I am a teacher at the nearest middle school using an alt Google account owned by a friend. Our school play is tonight and I went to go get food for two kids (they might not get fed tonight). 2 burgers, 1 fry, and a fish sandwich for the kid who can’t do beef. The fish filet was barely on the bun, the fries were not even halfway full and the fries had to be a minimum of 45-60 minutes old (I worked at CFA when I was a teen). The burgers were fine according to the 7th grader.
