I’m a regular customer and I go to this McDonald’s every morning to get my iced hazelnut coffee they are always nice and friendly. Way more better than the other McDonald’s I been to. All the other McDonald’s are always out of expresso. With an attitude cause I ask for it but not here. Thank all yall. I can’t say I had a bad experience here. ❤️

Bad service. Today I placed an order through the app at approximately 10 am to pick up in store and the person at the counter said that it was no longer time to deliver breakfast, saying that they would refund the money without taking into account the time and gas expense that was involved. took to pick up the food. The lady at the counter speaks Spanish and is rude when speaking.

Super cold. Last time I went here a couple days ago, it felt like a walk in freezer. I barely could stand still at the kiosk to place my order. I will say it's the cleanest one on my side of town. But it's pretty self serve. So you're placing your order instead of them. They will if need be but they prefer you place the order on the kiosk.

It's easily the worst McDonald's in the city. Doesn't even stay open late enough to get dinner. Service is usually slow. Will usually forget napkins and straws in the drive-through and 20% of the time give you the order from the person behind you.

These workers have the driest attitude. Not friendly at all. I have been to this McDonalds several mornings over the past months and each time the frappacino/smoothie machine is down for whatever reason. I suggested they take those off the menu since you can't buy them. They told me the machine didn't get cleaned the night before, which is why it's down. That's a simple fix. Whose the night manager? They should make cleaning it a priority b/f anybody clocks out. This McDonalds should close down. The workers could careless about the establishment and it is reflected in their attitudes.

The service at the restaurant was commendable, despite initial concerns about the 96 sanity rate. However, the ambiance inside was not very appealing, prompting us to opt for dining in the car. The exterior was well-maintained, with minimal disturbances aside from construction noise nearby. When inquiring about the best meal, the teller recommended the McChicken sandwich. Although not my usual choice, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by its enjoyable taste.

I ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese McGriddles and 2 hashbrowns. I was the only person in line. The bag was neatly folded and upon opening there was 1 sausage egg & cheese McGriddle and that was it. I paid $14 for 1 item. I’m now a male Karen. Do your job. Hi Charlotte!

The previous staff was horrible, ignorant and rude and couldn’t get an order right ( breakfast time ) the new staff is great and the weird part old staff were all American the new staff are mostly Spanish, how is it that Spanish speaking staff get the order right all the time and American could never get an order right ? Maybe it was all the marijuana smoking?
