You honestly can’t even make it up any more. I’ve been to this location multiple times, let me say, it’s always a disappointment.

Really not sure what’s going on here but someone should definitely check on the people in the back. I’m really not even sure why they show up for work.

From breakfast to everything else something’s always wrong with the order. Doesn’t matter if you go to the kiosk, order with a worker (human?), or through an app, they will get it wrong.

They must’ve gotten confused with too many burgers tonight. I get it McDonald’s has tried to make it easy for them, the box or wrapper your item comes in literally says what the item is but why read?

I’m not one to complain but enough is enough, how do you mess up a plain double cheeseburger (*QP)?!?!

I just had to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order. I finally decided to go in and they haven’t even started to work on the order. That was the whole point since I’m on my lunch break but don’t say it’s ready when in reality you haven’t started it and made me come in to get it

I go to this McDonald’s often since it’s closets to my house. Came at 3am 3/25 after work. Nicest guy at the drive through. Haven’t been greeted that friendly at any service focused place in a long time. Dear god give this guy a raise.

Picked up a large order for the crew last week and as usual my order was wrong. Called back and told to return and receive the correct order. They gave me the Dr. Pepper but wouldn't come off the QP/no cheese. This location will never see any of my $ again for this over priced garbage. My previous visit u ordered a Big Mac combo with a sundae. They gave me the sundae first then the food order 20 minutes later after the sundae melted. Total garbage

I recently witnessed a very disturbing incident at this location that showed clear discrimination and unprofessional behavior from management.
While I was there, a Hispanic woman came in and politely asked if the store was hiring. The person taking my order, who I later found out was the manager, immediately responded “no” without any explanation. Shortly after, another employee—who spoke Spanish—told the woman that they actually were hiring, and began speaking with her about the position.
At that point, the manager interrupted them and said, “Does she even speak English?” The employee replied that fluent English wasn’t required to work in the kitchen, but the manager insisted, saying the applicant had to “speak English correctly.” The manager then demanded that the woman speak English in front of her to prove whether she could.
The entire exchange was disrespectful, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. No applicant should be humiliated or judged publicly based on language ability or background. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I believe this manager’s behavior goes against company values and equal opportunity employment policies.
I strongly urge leadership or HR to review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that all applicants are treated with dignity and fairness, regardless of language or ethnicity.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at this location. The behavior I experienced was disrespectful, unprofessional, and condescending. Management displayed discriminatory attitudes and failed to follow company policies, which created an uncomfortable and unfair environment.
Their customer service was unacceptable—rather than addressing concerns with courtesy and professionalism, management chose to dismiss and speak down to customers. This kind of conduct reflects very poorly on the organization and shows a clear lack of accountability or leadership standards.
I strongly urge corporate or upper management to review the behavior and practices at this location and take appropriate action to ensure that all customers and employees are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve.

did curbside pickup 15 minutes before I got there and then waited for 20 minutes for it to be given to me. none of the employees even tried to move with care to get any order out. My order has 3 things in it…should not have taken 20 minutes
