Only went in to get food for a friend. Hated the kiosk. Took 5 min to find a milkshake! Once completed the clerk at the counter was very nice. I wouldn't go back myself as I can't eat their food without getting sick.

Every time I try to place an order at night or even with a mobile code they are always saying they’re closed or there only taking door dash. If you’re only taking DoorDash orders then why CANT U TAKE MY MOBILE ORDER. Everyone that works at night is so lazy. This is my 3th time having to cancel my mobile order because they was to lazy to make it.

McDonald's Restaurant #6685. 1201 Sugar Creek Rd Charlotte, NC 28213. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any McDonald's and at my age I have been to a many McDonald's. From the youngman pressure washing the drive thru, to the food service specialists that took and delivered my order. Everyone smiled and professionally greeted me. They made me feel like they were happy that I was there. Even more important they were happy to serve me. What really sealed it for me was the youngman that brought my order to me as I waited for my Dbl quarter pounder with cheese and no slivers, made me feel like I was at a 5 star Restaurant. Making sure I had my condiments and wishing me a good day. To management whatever you are doing with this team, keep it up. To the Team members keep shining...

Absolutely disgusting. BLAND food. The employees are not friendly at all. The chicken nuggets tasted like straight up burnt oil. The fries needed more salt and were soggy.The mc chicken buns were burnt and smelled like oil. And the chicken was doggy and not cooked. WORST MCDONALDS IN CLT!😂😭

Warning! Do not go after 10:00pm. Surrounded by homeless people and noone is posted at the drivethru so you will sit there for half an hour waiting for no reason. Horribly managed location with no care for guest service whatsoever.
