Left the airport and stopped here and there English muffins I got were hard as a brick I tried to drive and eat and no way couldn't even bite into them...turned around went back to the store and they made me new ones which were perfect and then they forgot my hashbrown but they gave that to me too...order was prepared terribly but other than that it was ok.

Not a single person at this location speaks English. I was continously interrupted by staff in the drive through mic and half the time I don't get what I order. There either not ready or can't keep up with the line. Don't bother pulling up to the furthest window, they will forget you and you will never get your order.

Tried ordering through the drive thru, but the lady on the microphone couldn’t understand me. I wanted to use my code and order an additional item but they didn’t understand. Had to walk inside and order. Food came out fast and hot, and had no complaints with that.

I fear this location is now worse than the Freedom Drive location. We do Postmates and the last few times there has been something missing. This morning we received a completely different order. Take your time babies and make sure what you’re putting in the bags are correct.

I'm giving this 1 star because of the owners not because of the employees that work there. There is no reason to have one employee out there by themselves in the outside payment area after dark or really anytime but especially after dark. There are people on that road and in the parking lot asking for money all the time and you are not putting the safety of your employees 1st. .. do better there can not possibly be an advantage to having people pay there vs the 1st window its literally only 8 feet away. Yall have had them out there in extreme heat and cold even snow and today after the sun has gone down.

If your working night time shift this is a good place to go to if your in hotel area .. food is fresh and the hispanic guy there is reliable, probably the 1st McDonald's that served me fresh fries 🍟

I picked up my order from the McDonald's app earlier this morning, but unfortunately, the two frappes I received tasted unpleasant and lacked a mocha flavor, so I had to throw them away. It would be great if the team could review their preparation process to improve the taste. I've already provided feedback to McDonald's and am awaiting their response.

Stopped at this location on a Saturday at 12:30 (lunch time) the drive thru had a fair amount of customers because of the time of day. Both lanes moved promptly & 1st window to pay, I was greeted by a young lady who was so pleasant & verified my order, 2nd window greeted by a smile & again confirmed my order. It was not accurate so both employees quickly clarified & handed me my order. It was hot, fresh & correct except for me asking to have a condiment added. I parked & walked in with my child to use the facilities & everything was immaculate. I asked the counter for the missing condiment & they quickly got it & apologized but were all so pleasant & offered a genuine smile. It’s rare that I find a McDonald’s that’s so clean, the food is hot & fresh, the employees & pleasant & are extremely accommodating.
Wheelchair accessibility: My son is in a wheelchair & plenty of wide spaces for our van, interior was clean, wide doors & nothing obstructing his way
