This is the worst McDonald's ever! I waited for over 30 minutes just to pay for my food. The lady worked to the counter after ignoring me for 30 minutes and I told her I had 2 meals to pay for them she walks off and doesn't come back to do anything with my orders. A man also walked out before I did cause he had been waiting to pay for his food for over 30 minutes! Will never return to this McDonald's again!!!

Just left. Ordered via mobile app. Made me pull into spot 1. Waited over 20 minutes as I watched and I counted 12 cars go through the line. Mind you no other car was parked. Walked in and they forgot about my food stating they was waiting on frappe to be made? Then they finally bring it out. Frappe is not filled no where to the top nor the McFlurry, fries cold and to top it off they forgot my drink from my double quarter combo meal which was a large. Never again.

I was trying to get my morning ice coffee like I always do, but this Hispanic man around his 60s told me to get soda Instead. So I was ok with it but he’s been saying the same thing for the past 3 weeks, I don’t know what the problem is but I really don’t like the service 11/16

I’ve tried coming to this location at different times on different days and it’s still the same bad service and atmosphere. How is it that you’re picking up a mobile order at 5:35am, there’s no other cars behind you, your food isn’t ready and they ask you to pull up to the 1st space only to bring your food out not even a minute later and still no cars on the line? They all have a bad attitude, doesn’t matter if they are Black, White, or Hispanic. You ask for dipping sauce WITH your order and they forget to give it, get a nasty attitude, you ask for extra napkins because you ordered for like 5 people and only get like 2 napkins, they get a nasty attitude. Then some have these super long nails, I’m a pastry chef, even if you’re not cooking, it’s gross, you literally work around food. Then the homeless, why do yall let homeless people come in and start bothering your patrons? One night I went in with 3 kids and the homeless person came up to our table asking us for money. Nice way to run your customers away and scare kids.
