Honestly, this is by FAR the best fast food spot in the area. Wendys, taco bell, kfc, cook out...you will wait 30-45 mins. this is the only spot it will be out in 10 or less, been in this area for 6 years.

waited 30 minutes at drive through “reserved wait spot” for my food… pulled back through drive through after it hit the 25 minute mark. no one was in line either. they literally forgot about me and my food. awful service. so damn slow.

As much Money, as we spend on that unhealthy unseason. Food that are kids love every McDonald's. Should have a play pin servers bring your food to your table and refilling your drinks. I don't see why that's too much ask Applebee's and chili's have $10 $11 $12 meals appetizers and they serve you with your service.

Its been a lonnnnnggggg time since I have visited a McDonald's where the service had been great. My niece loves MD and I go 4 her. I have 2 say, the ppl at this particular site they are doing things right. I hope they keep the momentum going.....Thank yall 4 ur Service.
Hey, if you want to experience the WORST SERVICE in NC, just go to McDonald's on sunset! Specifically 3rd shift. I've never heard a cook say "No I don't feel like making that" until I came here. Pure trash! Dumpster juice! Mcgarbage! Fire the entire staff.

I went to this location and picked up two Big Macs, no pickles, extra sauce, and a Large order of French Fryes with no salt, I got the order to go and took it home to my wife. When she started to eat, the burgers had pickles and only had one patty of meat. She called back up to McDonald's and told the manager what happened, and he told her that his name was Julio and she told him that her name was Maria. He told her that we could come back by there and he would make it right. I went by there today, and he stated that he didn't remember anything about that. While I was standing there talking to him, a young lady that was in the dining area came up to the counter and told him that her burger only had one patty on it. He told me that he would only replace one burger. So if you go to this location, check your order before you leave because this is not a one-time incident .
