I went to the drive-thru on my scooter got to the speaker and heard the automated system and I waited there for 10 minutes to take my order didn't get any response out of the speaker. When I got to the window I moved up to the window the lady was like I didn't hear you and I was sitting there for 10 minutes saying hello to the speaker when I got to the window I asked I was waiting there for 10 minutes for you to take my order and I ordered the angel Reese double special she gave me the single special little snow fries in my bag poor customer service horrible experience

We always visit the place but I never had a bad experience like the one on 4-2-2025 The person who took my order didn't know what he was doing. We ordered a sundae, obviously because, oh, kids love it because of the chocolate. They gave them to me plain, we wanted 3 ambueguesas and they only gave me I don't know if the staff is new oh they are in Jupiter
They must understand that customer service is essential, it is for the client that you are employed, so take care of your clients and be kind and cordial with them.
