Went in only wanted fries the drive thru was busy and there were customers inside as we kept standing know one acknowledged us. So an employee came over an elderly couple had been standing there for awhile and then tried to use the kiosk but was struggling so I let them go in front of me so the employee helped them only coffee and walked away and never came back so I asked is anyone working the counter an was told one minute finally I got helped but some people just stood there...
