Simply correct your business hours on google if you not open 24 hours. McDonald's make too much money for not being able to make a simple update. People dont have time to be driving around town 4am in the morning.

Waited almost an hour for drive thru service. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker and no one came. We had already ordered online so should have been fast. While we were waiting we heard a lady in a red tshirt pacing around the lobby screaming that her employees were braindead idiots. Finally came on the speaker and we tried to give her the order code and she straight up yelled at us. They messed up the order and it took them 10 minutes and a lot of explaining to finally get it right. I have never waited so long and been treated so poorly at fast food in my life. Will never return.

Do not try to take any deliveries here between 3:30 am and 6. Does not matter what day without failure you will be ignored at the drive through or told they are not serving anyone. Wasted my time coming here at least a doz n times

When I walked in, it was like I was at Club McDonald's. The music was loud, which wasn't the issue. The issue was the lyrics & language. The sad part, the manager was the one in control of the music! I don't know the owner of this location but you might want to look at your employees, ESPECIALLY your management. And I would like to suggest that you ONLY put people on the register that can understand the orders. Prior to this experience, I came into this store a few months ago & it took 3 minutes to explain to a non-English speaking person that I wanted a fish sandwich with extra tartar. The ONLY way it was translated is because she went to find another bilingual associate to translated. Now I HONESTLY, WHOLEHEARTEDLY, & SINCERELY believe that everyone should be able to work wherever they choose. This lady deserved her job just like anyone else. My point being, have the proper trained employees in place when working with the public & in fast food.

Not only was there at least a 20-minute wait. But when I got my food she brought me the wrong bag. I watched her go back to the previous window grab food from someone else's car and then bring it directly to me and hand it to me. When who knows what they touched in that bag.Absolutely disgusting I will never be going to this McDonald's again and you should avoid it if you're reading this review not that anyone would.

I’ve never had drive thru staff literally try to start an argument with me just for trying to place my order. At first I was mad, but ultimately I could not help but laugh at how ridiculous and rude the lady taking orders is. I just hope my food isn’t tampered with.

Ordered a large fry and that was all I wanted . The fries were old and the cashier agreed that they were. He offered to make me a fresh one. He pulled me up and I waited about 5 minutes. they gave me the refried old french fries. It’s late and the fries weren’t expensive so I just went home, I did not to argue . But I truly do not understand why fast food chains go through the efforts of refrying old food. It’s takes the same amount of time to cook fresh ones. It’s just gross and trifuling to do so. Please stop that. people pay for fresh food.
