With the return of the McRib, we have been down there on multiple visits. Out of the 16 McRibs that we've ordered, none of those had more than a small amount (less than a ketchup packet) worth of sauce on it. Will not be going back. And don't expect a full basket of fries. I might have gotten a medium to large size worth.

Ordered double cheeseburger with no onions, 4 burgers were made before getting it right, the manager had to make it. This is not the first time this has happen. If I could give less than 1 on review I would.

These are the smallest portions I've ever seen. A very small glass of cola. Probably 8 ounces. And a potato box the size of a chicken nugget. This is some kind of set for Lilliputians. The same set in Texas is actually larger, with normal potatoes and a 12-16 ounce glass.

I just ordered 2 large fries through the drive-thru. When I get home I see this is what’s in my bag. You’re kidding right? I could’ve just ordered mediums. These two boxes are one large fry combined. So I paid over $7 for 1 large fry. I could understand an item being left out of an order etc, but this? What’s going on-

Ordered through door dash and I’m missing 2 items. Idk how Yal could mess up an order with the receipt right in Yals face. So frustrating!

I waited for 30 minutes for my mobile pick up order just for the food to come out cold I call in they say they will remake it and sent half a medium fries i had to rush back to work and didn’t notice. I’m so annoyed with them. I never usually have issues but what did I even pay for? They should have just gave me the refund like I asked

My grandson just bought my Oreo McFurrie and I was totally disappointed. It was like 3/4 full, with just sprinkles of the Oreo.
You can't charge people more money and give less product. Your new people need to be trained better. We got two and both of them were like that. I want a discount on my next visit.
