I have been too many McDonald’s over the Carolina’s. When I say this McDonald’s have a different level of customer service and food always hot. Who ever is running this one have a great team and have created a winning culture here. No matter how busy they are they go above and beyond!

It's a hit or a miss with this location! Either they are on point or not even close! Horrible experience today waiting on my food! Wait over 15 minutes and then had to go in and get my order! And the lady was clueless ... I will drive to another McDonald before I go here again !!!!!

So it's ten thirty five, and I order fries, and they have fries already sitting there and they give them to me the manager.And I tell them that these are stale and dry, and diana goes to the same batch.And grabs another fry from the same batch and gives it to me like if i'm an idiot, they didn't recook anything.And they're just giving away stale fries after eleven ten o'clock or something.Because I guess they're ready to go.It's ten thirty something and they're closing every the fries station is closed and everything.And this is the supervisor.

Never post we open at 5am. I pull in the parking lot 10 min early waiting on 5am. They still were closed
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience this morning. I placed a mobile order for a gravy biscuit and hash brown on my way to work. Once I got to work and started to eat, I noticed a piece of hair in my food after moving the gravy around on my biscuit.
I immediately called the store to let them know, but the person who answered acted completely clueless, as if he couldn’t even find my order. Instead of taking accountability or apologizing, he just told me to “come show him my phone.” He wanted to make sure I ordered from there. No apology, no concern, nothing.
Now I have to spend my lunch break driving back just so they can “see” the issue, all while I never got to eat the breakfast I paid for. Definitely not the kind of service or cleanliness I expect from McDonald’s. I’ll be updating this review after I return the order.
Update: I went back @10:40am to return the gravy biscuit. Manager did apologize and took accountability but he did give me refund and offered a free sandwich. Hopefully they will be careful moving forward. I hate this happened because I don’t like leaving bad reviews. So maybe with this review they will take stuff like this more serious.

I must say McDonald's customer service has disappeared. I've went multiple times to this McDonald's, food is barely warm and very stale and they have never gotten my order correct (inside or drive thru). when I went back in to tell them this, I was accused of taking items out of bag & leaving in car to get free food. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund the food in the bag. Horrible, Horrible staff members, this was the final straw for me at McDonald's.
Worst part is they have become so huge that they don't seem to care if they lose customers or not.

Pls make sure you all are checking your receipts when using your codes, I gave them my code for a free McChicken, I verified with the girl & guy at the 1st window & they told me yeah but they still ended up charging me and did the Buy One, Add One for $1 which what is the use of point when they’re taking advantage of customer. I did call. I’m assuming the manager on duty and explained to him the situation and he did try to give me the item for free but it’s the principal about using the points on the app so I opt out of not getting no free anything.

I usually come here every Saturday night. The last 2 times the drive through took over 20 min. I'm not sure what the change is, but it makes me not want to come. The whole point of fast food is that it's fast....
