Pls make sure you all are checking your receipts when using your codes, I gave them my code for a free McChicken, I verified with the girl & guy at the 1st window & they told me yeah but they still ended up charging me and did the Buy One, Add One for $1 which what is the use of point when they’re taking advantage of customer. I did call. I’m assuming the manager on duty and explained to him the situation and he did try to give me the item for free but it’s the principal about using the points on the app so I opt out of not getting no free anything.

I usually come here every Saturday night. The last 2 times the drive through took over 20 min. I'm not sure what the change is, but it makes me not want to come. The whole point of fast food is that it's fast....

Food is always fresh.The service is always good.The morning crew specifically is nice they always exceed my expectations and knock it out of the park.I absolutely recommend this place for breakfast and lunch

I ordered breakfast food off of the McDonalds mobile app. Tell me why the workers decided to throw my food away and give me a refund even though I order off of the mobile app and they could’ve just let it sit there while I was on my way. I was 3 mins late! It honestly pissed me off. They should have not thrown away my food and they should’ve just let it sit there until I picked it up because they already bagged it up.

This McDonald's is terrible! I live close and it's convenient to go there. I spend lots of money here. They mess up the order in the drive through most of the time. I ordered 3 apple pies and got 0. I complained and didn't get my pies. They don't care. I think I will find another McDonald's that can get my order right and not cheat me out of my food. I have learned to check my food before I leave the parking lot. Poor customer service at this McDonald's.

Asked for a large coffee. They're all the same price. They gave me a medium. Asked if that was a large, she said no, I said can I get a large. She didn't respond, looked irritated. She then poured my medium coffee into a large cup, no extra coffee lol. Then made me ask for a straw 2 times. Then she told me to pull around. All I got was a bagel and a coffee. Two cars have already gone past me. Still haven't been served yet. I had to block the cars behind me to get my food 🤣🤣. They finished about 4 orders before mine. The bagel was cold, wasn't worth eating. The girl at the first window was awesome though!

Night shift needs to learn how to listen when someone is placing an order. I ordered two daily double and two large drinks. I literally said 1 large coke 1 large sprite. I didn't want no large fries. I didn't want fries. So I ended up paying more because NOBODY LISTENS. Bring the old crew back.

I came for a quick snack, when I walked in, I went straight to the bathroom. One of their employees came out of the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands when she was coming out. Absolutely DISGUSTING! The manager blew it off like it was no big deal. This is 100% how people get sick. Managers response was “She’s on break so she didn’t touch your food”. NOT THE POINT!!!!

I asked for a little extra Ketchup and Mustard and they basically gave my cheeseburger a bath in condiments. It didn't even taste like a cheeseburger it was so covered in Ketchup. It just felt spiteful. There were also no Pickles on it. They clearly don't care about the food they're serving and heavens forbid you make a special request.

Cleared an issue up for me that stemmed from the app; I appreciated that. HOWEVER, the manager did it with a filthy attitude and talking in spanish with staff clearly speaking unkindly of me. Attitude completely changed when customers of her nationality approached the counter.

It's appallingly ironic where attitudes are directed considering the current political climate.
