Someone give this establishment an award for the BEST McDonalds in Charlotte!! The staff is always friendly, they move super quickly, food so always fresh and hot and they have never messed up an item!! Not once!! I will continue to visit on my lunch breaks from the hospital

How do you literally make an entire double quarter pounder with bacon and leave the bottom bun off of the sandwich, got back to my hotel after working 10 hours on a construction site to get a Double Quarter Pounder with bacon that has no bacon and no bottom bun on it, cheese is literally stuck to the bottom of the box and no one at the restaurant is answering the phone and I am too tired to go back up there now

10/10 - Deedee(?) was funny and had great customer service. Made my day. Nuggets were and McChicken were good for the most part - just docked a star because I asked for no salt on fries.. but they had salt and were kinda old.
