Just ordered through the drive through, got home and they did not get my order correct. Holidays traffic is too heavy to drive back over but I have tried to call the store multiple times and they are not even accepting phone calls. Went to the website to contact the store but they did not give me a receipt and cannot even submit a comment without the store number which is not available on their website and cannot call so not sure how to get this resolved without ANOTHER drive to the store which I said is nearly impossible due to traffic. No win situation.

Staff will argue and roll their eyes at you for requesting your food the way it was ordered. If you order a McFlurry, it will not be mixed and they do not pay attention to the actual items added. It took them 4 attempts to make a McFlurry with Oreos, M&Ms, and hot fudge. It is listed on the receipt that is printed at the kiosk and on the order receipt. Very poor service, but I would not expect any less from a McDonalds franchisee.

Most polite employees we have come across at a McDonald's in a long time. We got there late around 9pm, and every employee we interacted with was polite and courteous. Will definitely frequent this location from now on.

The drive thru lady argued with me, refused to serve me my order, and then cussed at us/refused to serve us. They’ve also disconnected their phone so I cannot get in touch with a manger.

Best McDonald’s we have ever been in, the store was very clean, the food was good and hot, it was very busy at the lunch hour but the wait was almost none at all, the staff were extremely friendly!! Very pleased and we will be back!!!
Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience ever. They didn't give me my receipt or my debit card. When I tried to call, their phone didn't even work. I had to drive all the way back, and the completely useless employees told me they couldn't give me my own card and that I had to come back the next day. This is beyond ridiculous- careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. If you value your money and time, stay far away from this place.

The worst McDonald's ever. Please tell me how these people want 15 and hour and they can't even get an order right with puctures on thw dang hone screen.the shove 5 people worth of food in one bag, bag rips in half than they shove soaking wet cups into the flimsy cheap cup holder so when i go to pick it up i now have 4drinks in my front seat of my new car. I get in my house and don't even have my whole order. But yup they deserve 15 an hour.

BE WARE!!!! THEY WILL GIVE U OLD ROTTON FOOD!🤮🤢🤮 Last night on 9/3/25 at 10:50pm, I made a purchase for $12.99 for 2 mcdouble meals. Girl on speaker says ok pull uo, didn't ask what drinks, size or sauces!!!! Just rude and careless over speaker, we pull up it's the same girl, maybe Hispanic long dark hair with streak of color and caked on makeup, a bit heavier set, seemed to be under the influence. It took 5xs to get her to put the 4 sauces in our bag she was also rude and made us check only to find she put one sauce in there that we did not ask for. Then she held one of the sauces barely towards the widnow my man had to climb out the car to get it from her as she seemed BOTH careless or under the influence of something. I was almost worried for her. She was younger. But then the big surprise comes when we pull our burgers & food out. He asked for mayo to be added, he got ONLY MAYO, with nothing lol.and I immediately noticed the burger meat was COLD as it was clearly sitting out (not where the food should be kept warm until served to reduce food bourne illness). Now we may have to go to the hospital. My boyfriend is severely sick as he ate some of his burger, poor thing he was so hungry! (This was before we noticed something was very wrong, he had took a few big bites in the dark driving down the road)I however took one but and was afraid to continue after examining the color, texture and temperature of the meat. The bun was rock hard as it had been sitting out. I would not be surprised if they served us food out the trash!!!! HOW COULD ANYONE HAVE LOOKED AT THESE BURGERS AND THOUGHT THEY WERE APPROPRIATE OR SAFE TO SERVE!!!! MY BURGER LOOKED LIKE SAUSAGE MEAT IT WAS SO DISCOLORED AND OLD!!!🤢🤮 Maybe someone should watch the cameras . I've given date time and location. Will be contacting the local health department, and corporate. Here's the pictures of the disgusting risk these McDonald's employees took on our lives as my man has a compromised immune system and I'm VERY afraid of the outcome of the food poisoning he currently has. He has been in excruciating pain and in and put of the bathroom 5xs just this morning.
