Went in today, only had cash so stood at counter and a woman yelled at me that she was alone there and I had to use kiosk. Told her I had cash and she shouted to use kiosk and hit the x on keypad. So I did and got a number to pay. She wouldn’t come to the counter so I waited and waited thinking they would call my number and then I would pay.
