I ordered delivery for dinner. My fries arrived ice cold. My Quarter Pounder was room temperature. My iced coffee had NO cream in it! It is not drinkable for me. It's supposed to have cream in it. Then I tried calling several times during the evening to speak to a manager and get a refund for that item, or a new one delivered, or get a bunch of cream to put in it but no one ever answered the phone! This is unacceptable. It is sheer incompetence.

First they told us to move the car. And to wait for our food then they brought uncooked food. The meat of the burger came uncooked plus we ordered Diet Coke. Instead they gave us regular Dr. Pepper I hope I’m not sick eating raw meat.

A bolt is generally placed on the clients inside. They only serve drive-thru. It’s only when you start to get bored with them that they start doing something. And then they do something, throw it away and make other orders. I waited 20 minutes for coffee and ice cream. Here's a fast food stable for you.
