Walked in. Two employees was talking to another. I waited patiently 4 assistance. Then another customer Walked in and one of the employee that was talking when I 1st came in started 2 assist him. Then I had 2 say something. The employee reply was he did not see me...The nerve and disrespect of him....needless 2 say. I express my grievances.....

What's up with this? Prices are up but the McDouble is about the size of a slider now. Everything is smaller.

Super slow, you can see the stats compared to other McDonald’s and this is the slowest. Plus service quality is terrible especially the night staff. They have messed up my order multiple times.

Update 3-10-24 placed mobile order in advance, was less busy than usual, took over 25 minutes for a small order. Also had to remind them to add a missed item. The staff seems nice, can't imagine why it was so slow when they have mobile orders ahead of arrival.Update: July 23rd 2022 it has been close to 1 hour waiting for our food this evening, serious issues here. The dining room is open again. Lately the food has been very good. McDonald's service can fluctuate based on who is working.
