FREEZING AND THEY DON'T CARE!!
Newly remodeled. Service was great. The seats and tables are mostly bolted to the floor, so can't be adjusted, and are kind of uncomfortable. Food was hot.

I placed my order for curbside pickup several minutes before arriving. As I approached there was a sign saying drive through open lobby closed. It said nothing about curbside pickup. The parking spaces for curbside pickup were not blocked. As a result I pulled in to curbside and went into the app indicated I was there and entered in the number of the spot I was in. I waited 15 minutes before calling to find out where my food is. When I called the person I spoke with was giving me attitude and told me to read the sign. I told her I did it said your lobby was closed and said nothing about curbside pickup. She then told me they had no way out as the entrances were locked. I then said I have seen dozens of people going in and out of the building. She then said oh those are construction
McDonald's employees. Instead of arguing with her further as I could have said fire code does not allow you to work in a building without a way to get out. I told her fine I will just go through drive through. Least they could have done is give me a free drink for my inconvenience. They gave nothing not even an apology. If curbside pickup is not available then turn it off for the store in the app. Another option would be to cover up the curbside pickup signs to let people know it is not available.
Update 11/19/2024 STILL HORRIBLE SERVICE
Repairs are now over signs has been removed. Unfortunately still crappy service. Pulled into curbside pickup 5 placed an order for a 10 piece mcnugget, after being checked in and waiting 15 minutes I went inside to find out where my food was told the gal at the counter turned out they did not even start my order. Horrible service as they were not even busy.

Went through drive through on Tuesday to get a breakfast sandwich. Once I arrived at work, the sandwich had was supposed to be egg and cheese, had NO EGG, only two pieces of cheese. I kept the leftover sandwich and receipt. Went by this morning and told the speaker person I had an issue. They told me to pull up to the first window. There I was greeted by a "manager". I politely told her what happened and gave her the bag and receipt. I had eaten three bites off of the sandwich. She proceeded to tell me that "she would replace it this time" but not again ! WTH ??? I asked her what do you mean. She stated that is McDonalds policy not hers. WTH ??? There was NO sense of apology, I'm sorry, NOTHING. I asked her if she would rather not fix me another and I'll just stop going to McDonalds. Upon picking up my order, I asked for her and told her that she needed to learn some customer service skills. I didn't fix or screw up the original order. Most places would apologize, replace, and move on. I gave her the new sandwich back, told her to keep it, and I wouldn't be back. As I'm driving off she says "have a nice day". WOW !!! I eat at this McDonalds regularly and others, but not anymore. It's amazing that someone who is a "manager" doesn't recognize politely replacing a $4 sandwich is way cheaper than losing a regular paying customer. Oh well !

Staff is rude and will yell at you. They will tell you to pull around and then call you a liar for following their instructions. They will not fill mobile orders even with proof of a receipt and when they do fill an order placed at their drive thru it will not be correct. There is no way to be reimbursed for their failure to fill mobile orders placed via their own app. However, it is the rudeness and attitude of the staff that will make the experience truly awful.
Update: Both this location and McDonald's corporate refuses to provide a refund for an order they never filled. That is outright theft.

I’m not sure of spelling this guy‘s name right but Mahki was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He spoke clearly and fulfilled, my order exactly how I ordered it. If he is not a manager, I would promote him. Just saying that the person that took my order didn’t quite understand what I ordered, but when I got to the window, Mahki made it right!!!

Third time I have been to this place within 3 months and each time they don't have ketchup. I thought it was a coincidence at first but now either they don't give out ketchup or they just assume they don't need to keep it in stock. I actually made them give me my money back I can't eat the food without the ketchup sorry. Something so simple... KEEP KETCHUP IN STOCK no other mcdonolds has ever had this problem that I've been to

Order was incorrect but I didn't see a point in trying to get it fixed because they were busy and the manager didn't seem to be in control of the crew. Food was decent, but not what I ordered.
