Horrible service and horrible food, I bought a wrap and it had raw chicken inside, two weeks later I went in to get a large fries and they gave them to me raw!!!! It was like they didn't fry them, they just took them out of the freezer, defrosted them and poured warm oil on them😡

DO NOT EAT HERE. This place has rude staff and old food. Wanted to try some snack wraps here and they used old chicken that was chewy and inedible. They gave us drinks that were not all the way filled and the fries were cold AT THE WINDOW. The snack wraps barely had anything in them. Do not come here.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to . These people were so rude to me my app order to the wrong location and then updated and told me to go to that location and then they're just sitting there yelling at me over the drive-thru saying they can't help me even though the app told me to go there. I actually thought McDonald's were starting to get better and then this one promptly lowered my expectations again also the few meals that I had gotten from there for breakfast were cold and not good

Ordered an online order from the McDonald app for COUNTER pickup for my sister to get. My sister told me she went thru the driveway. The man said go to the counter because that’s what I put it as. She went inside and he said she has to go to the drive thru? She told the person I ordered counter pick up and already paid and the man insisted she has to pay inside or I need to be here. So we said cancel the order. We cancelled but it still showed on my reorder list. ( last time my order that got cancelled dosen’t show in my reorder list.) so I went in person and asked him what do I do and how can I cancel and get my money back. He said he dosen’t know and wants me to find how to on the McDonald app. There wasn’t any number and I searched around and it told me to call the McDonald store. I called the McDonald store and the number was unavailable. I’m still waiting on my refund now but this is crazy. I’m not even gonna mention the fact multiple times they forget food in your order. lol.
The only reason I ever drop by here is because it is near a location I am at every Friday morning and I the last five times I have visited here, the latte machine has not been working. And when I asked about it, the lady taking the order was rude and mentioned that it is just broken. That's one of the few things that is actually good to get from McDonald's and you would think they would try to keep it operational. The food was mediocre and the service is always terrible here. Direct reflect on management obviously.

I travel quite a bit and I have been to MANY McDonalds. I can say that this location seems above the average. I can only speak towards the drive through as I have never went inside.
I have never had to wait very long for service and I've never had an order messed up. The food is always hot, and the cheese is actually melted on my burgers. I cannot overstate this aspect. Melted cheese is SO MUCH better than a luke warm piece of cheese slapped on a burger.
The sodas are always wiped down and never makes a mess in my car, and the fries are always thoroughly cooked and crispy as intended. They run it the way it's supposed to be, in my experience.
As far as McDonald's go, they do a good job, Bravo!
