I recently visited a McDonald's location and was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received. Having been to many different fast-food restaurants, I can confidently say this experience was the best I have ever had. The staff was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also went out of their way to ensure my order was perfect and that I was completely satisfied.

Ordered an online order from the McDonald app for COUNTER pickup for my sister to get. My sister told me she went thru the driveway. The man said go to the counter because that’s what I put it as. She went inside and he said she has to go to the drive thru? She told the person I ordered counter pick up and already paid and the man insisted she has to pay inside or I need to be here. So we said cancel the order. We cancelled but it still showed on my reorder list. ( last time...
