I don't appreciate the lack of customer service. When you can hold a French fry in your palm and not get burned, it's too cold. The prices ARE WAY TOO HIGH. How do you go from a sandwich being large and .79 to small and $6,00?

I found a very sharp object on my seven-year-old daughter‘s burger. I wanted a full refund for the order and the manager only refunded part of it. She didn’t seem too much concern about the issue and was rushing to get back to serving food. This could’ve caused serious harm to my baby.

On November 15, 2024, we went through the drive thru ordered 2 basket of fries and a large, sweet tea several employees had long hair pony tales and not one employee had their hair secured or put in a net. I thought when employees are working with food the hair has to be tighten and nets have to be over the hair to secure it. When I got home and took my fries out to give to my son there was a 3-inch coarse hair wrapped in the fries. It's disgusting we just threw the fries out. I didn't bother to call the store back because in the past the employees have an attitude or look at you like what you want me to do about it. We have gone to this McDonald's multiple times and the employees through the drive thru always have an attitude, serving the drinks and smoothies dripping you have to ask for a napkin and then get an attitude when you ask for the napkin. or your order is incorrect and when you let them know you get a look like you did something wrong by asking for the correct food. The service, quality of food, and professionalism at this McDonald's definitely needs improvement.

This place is terrible. I ordered a big mac and got a CHEESEBURGER. I wanted ice cream but they said “the machine is broken” like always!!! I ordered a happy meals and frie. Frie, missing. Happy meal appel, missing!! The indoor playground had a gross smells. I ordered sprite but they gave me WATER. I confronted them and PRETEND to give me a new drink. I PAYED FOR WATER.

It's McDonald's the best they can do is 3 stars in my book. The drive thru is always backed up and make you wait even for simple orders that are luke warm at best. The staff is okay most of the time. Food is meh, but that's expected.

i just went here, i got a smoothie and a bacon mcdouble wit extra bacon, mayo comes with my burger they didn’t even put my mayo on my burger, they forgot my extra bacon the only the they got right was my smoothie. which tastes weird not even how it’s supposed to taste. they at least removed my pickles, but i would’ve rather had my extra bacon then them taking my pickles off. i had to wait over 15 mins, there were only four cars in front of me. they didn’t even give me my mayo and it comes WITH MY BURGER!!! im not mclovin it mcdonald’s wtf.
