Everytime I come to this mcdonalds during the afternoon or night- the staff is very unprofessional. In the morning, the staff is SO amazing, fast, and friendly. It makes me not want to come to this restaurant because of the night crews unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. Management at night is also apart or the problem

The manager Emily had a NASTY attitude, stank face and got smart with my mother. I didn't like it wouldn't recommend coming here.
Individual taking in drivethrough was rude. Repeated or several times and still.didnt get correct. One example aak for large sweet tea no ice. Twice given small sweet tea with ice and told just keep other cause he needed to keep drive through moving vs parking in reserve drive through and getting order correct. Some meals missing fries. This occurred at around 1130pm. Had to park and go inside to attempt to resolve...stay tuned

Unfortunately this place likes to close orders when they dont want to fulfill meals. If the establishment closes at 5 I should still be able to come at 4:30 and order atleast what has been made. OR told that no more food will be dropped. Unfortunately anytime I come I am just told they are closed.
