I was very impressed just after 12noon today 1/24/26. They were polite, fast, accurate, and the sanitation score caught my eye..99! Hopefully they can keep this up.

I came here at 11:30 am to get some lunch after some exams for school. I received my food and drinks in about 5-7 minutes, which Is pretty average for McDonald's. The lady at the counter ( I don't remember her name but she had red hair) was super nice and sweet, and kept me updated on my order. She even put some ketchup in the bag, even though I didn't ask for it. Awesome service that you don't see much these days.

Went through the drive through and got the breakfast burrito meal. When I opened it, the burritos had been microwaved to to death and the tortilla was totally stuck to the wrapping. Turned into a total mess and no longer a burrito and unable to eat because I had no utensils.

Update 12/1/2025: I placed an order thru the app. Pull up to the drive thru, I'm told to wait. Another car pulls up, they take his order first, mind you, I arrived 1st. When asked to speak with a manager, this person asked why did I even go there in the 1st place. Completely rude, no idea how someone like that can be called a manager. Now I'm definitely done with this place. This place just continues to be so deceiving. I actually order from here as a last resort. I ordered for curbside and had to wait literally almost 20 minutes for my food, which I ended up picking up from inside. And when I did go in and asked why I had to wait that long when 2 cars had come and go after me, the manager said that my order wasn't important. So yeah...if I could avoid this place, I would.

This has to be the worst ran McDs in Charlotte. Always extremely slow service half the time your order is not correct. Rude staff. Get it together in there. Still just as bad slow service always a long wait

I come here pretty often while on my break from work and every time i come here the employees are so kind and friendly. The lines move quick even during rush hours and all the employees are so polite! I wish more McDonalds stores had employees as great as this one!!
