I stopped visiting McDonald's for a year because you never have frappes availabe. I traveled 8 states & got the same results. I have spent thousands @ mcd's in my lifetime & I'm about to stop & I have plenty of friends who agree. You don't seem to care. I ordered a steak & egg bagel meal w/o cheese...I got a steak egg cheese McMuffin, so I returned it and they gave me a steak egg cheese biscuit! I no longer support that location

It's posted that this store is 24 hours but conveniently when it's time to "change shifts" the store closes for 2-3 hours. Never experienced a shift change that long at any other location. On top of that the customer service is not there. Management speaks to customers as if they are bothering them and are verbally disrespectfull. Can't believe the experience.

You order than you get forced to wait a ton of time. Then you get home half the items are not in the bag. Way too expensive for all this inconvenience don’t bother just go to a real restaurant at this point. I’m so burnt out with McDonald’s. They can’t offer me anything. I’m just never going back again. It’s a shame I used to love the company

Worst McDonald’s of all time. THIRD TIME IN A ROW I get parked in the curbside pickup and wait for 8 cars behind me to get food and I go in and they just “forgot” per the workers. Not one of those times is my meals even started. How is that humanly possible? It would help to hire some workers who took their AirPods out and might actually start working

Went at lunch time. Got in an out quickly. Staff was very nice and lots of smiles. Got a caramel frap...best 1 I've had!!!! And sprite that tasted like a sprite.
