Terrible customer service

Accidentally dropped my hashbrowns, asked for them to be replaced because they touched the floor of my car and I hadn’t left the window yet, when I asked for them to be replaced a teenager told me she can’t do that and that I had to eat them like that. I asked her to get her manager and she laughed, scoffed walked away, so my husband had to pull off and go inside to speak to the manager, that of course replaced them, because nobody eats food off the floor of their car they drive everyday. It was an honest mistake, and this employee turned it into a joke. Not cool, will not be coming back. Here’s a photo of the floor they wanted me to eat off of. It was less than a 5 dollar order and I used to work for McDonald’s they keep 7-10 of these things up in the fryer ready to go.

Still at the counter, waiting for someone because the kiosk was not working finally looked over at the drive-through window and a manager says to me give me just a moment. I’ll be right. There five minutes later still no one the inside. Customer has been completely forgotten, but boy was they pumping out the cars in drive-through. Total of 10mins I understand stand it’s fast food and really shouldn’t expect much but come on if I could have given the food a 0 I would have absolutely horrible

Every time I order a double fish with extra tartar sauce they only fix me one fish Patty then I have to go back and have them add it back on there. If I pay for it I expect for it to be on the sandwich, They need to pay attention to detail.

Always understaffed. If you have to order at the counter, it takes between 5-10 minutes for a person to offer help. If you ask for help, the manager on duty will say just a minute, which turns in 10 minutes.

I ordered a McChicken sandwich and acted 15 minutes only to get Chicken strips and they never gave me the ketchup I asked for
Dissappointed at best. Itbis not that hard to process a small order
