I have been here 4 times because it's close to where I live. 3 times out of the 4 times I have been here my fries were luke-warm. I only had hot fries once. I've even asked for news fries and they gave me the same fries with a couple hot fries on top. (All times a manager was present so to send cold fries out, really disappointing.) It's rather unfortunate because they own another building near reeves ridge rd and their fries and food are always HOT. Will no longer order food from here.

I always use this McDonald's to get my Mocha frappes. They are always really fast and friendly. The only issue of ever had was a month ago about an hour before they closed I went thru the drive thru and ordered a mocha frappe and was told they were out of it. So I asked what they were out of, the milk, the chocolate, the coffee, the ice and the response I got was all of it which of course was BS. They just didn't want to make it. But that's the only issue I've ever had and I go there at least three times a week.

Absolutely terrible service, the food was cheeks as well. No salt on the fries and all the ingredients on one side of the burger. Pie was cold. Iāll go elsewhere next time due to the rudeness of employees.
Also, if I come inside to place an order and avoid the drive thru, I shouldnāt see 6 cars go through that werenāt even pulled up to the ordering menu before I went in. PRIORITIZE YOUR INSIDE CUSTOMERS!
& how about placing your ketchup back out where the drinks are instead of catching an attitude and being a smartass when someone has to come to the counter and ask for it. (The lady pictured) Weāre just trying to have a decent lunch, if you donāt like your job it sounds like a personal issue.
Manager doesnāt acknowledge customers either. Sheās making fries. I shouldnāt have to yell āexcuse meā behind the counter for anything. If you donāt have enough employees close your dining room.

The girl taking the drive thru orders honestly seemed kind of rude. I couldn't hear what she said so I said "I'm sorry?" And she practically yelled "what can I do for you?" I asked if they had the big Mac pack still, I had to explain it was the one that came with two big Mac's, she checked, asked if it was the box and I thought it was, so I said yes, it wasn't the same thing but I thought "close enough" I guess when she heard two big Mac's she thought that meant two of those boxes. I only saw one on the screen when I pulled up to the next window, but got home and realized I was given two. I don't know if I was charged for both or how much it was. Just overall kind of frustrating, the one just down the street is much better.

Food is consistent and reliable. Drive thru moves quickly. My go to in a pinch when I do not have a lot of time for lunch.
Poor experience. I heard employees yelling in the back, when I asked to alter my order I was met with frustration, and I was asked to come back tomorrow for the collector's cup I paid for. I understand that but the rest made for a not ideal experience. Also, I had the wrong drink.

Order is usually wrong or fries/food tastes cold or undercooked. Usually I don't mind waiting in a parking spot, but when the food still comes out nasty I don't understand. The jack in the box next door has maybe like 3 employees and still comes out better.
