i’ve had way to many problems at this mcdonald i can’t even get a full drink like come on i’ve found bugs in my drink before i’ve had my food stolen a handful of time it’s just crazy. how hard is it to fill up a drink like come on i work in fast food myself and it’s not hard at all

Your night time drive through attendant on 8/29/25 (10:20pm) was unfriendly. Before I could complete giving him my order I left the line feeling as if I was talked down to. Note for the franchise owner: You are losing revenue due to the unpleasant tone your employees. Also, either remove OREO shake from your menu board or train your employees how to make them. You lose customers when you can’t deliver what you advertise.

My perception at McDonald’s has made a 360.. After taking the time to sit and observe the overall experience there I realized that the workers there are doing the best they can with what they got. Sometimes I’ll go there and they’re understaffed making it challenging for the employees to provide good service to all. There’s a slight bit of miscommunication between employees which can be resolved with proper training and management. I enjoy going to this location because it’s convenient and the staff try to have a smile on their face even at the rudest customers. We’re all human and McDonald’s employees should be able to express themselves (respectfully) to set proper boundaries without the backlash from customers. Thank you for the service McDonald’s has provided. Keep it up! Love the toys!

I ordered a 6pc happy meal and they only provide 1 bbq source, add one is 25c extra. Chickfila would give me at least 2.I tried to tell 1 would not enough but she didn’t even listen. Thought I talk to a kid come to reallize I talk to a Manager Fernanda. This place is just hopeless.

3rd and last time eating at this location. Jack in the box next door with no line at lunch time cannot be any worse. Ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich combo go large. Not a Mcchicken off of the $1.50 menu. Got a tiny chicken sandwich the size of a biscuit. The chicken had to be cooked at 10:00 in the morning. Sooo soggy. With some crazy sauce on it with 2 pickles. My 1st time at this location it happened. 2nd time at this location I had to tell them about the 1st time when I ordered and check my order at the window. This time (3rd time)same as the 1st time. Over $10.00 dollars for food that sucked. And no English speaking people at the drive thru to communicate with. I would expect more from this franchise.
