Haven't tried the rest yet but fries are cold and soggy. That's the whole reason I get Mcdonalds. Got scolded for double checking my order at drive through by the staff AND upcharged for sweet and sour sauce. Hey mcdonalds want to know why your national sales are down? The product isn't consistent and is overpriced. I just spent 14 dollars, next time I'll get takeout from a real restaurant for the same price with hot fries. Also , bring back chicken selects.

The Hispanic lady who give me the food in the drive thru is so grumpy, ask for ketchup and she pass it to me so mad! Terrible

Patrick was amazing! His customer service is better than a fine dining experience! Thank you Patrick ❣️Ms. Rosie ( The manager) Customer service at drive thru window wasn’t good at all ! I had to go in for lack of proper customer service! However, Ms. Rosie came over and was so sweet and very concerned about the bad service I received at the drive thru window !! Thank you Manager Ms. Rosie! My food was messed up ! I aske for no onions on my double quarter pounder with cheese and they put a lot of onions and zero cheese !! We purchased a family box that contained two unwrapped cheese burgers & two Big Macs with stale , hard buns and very dry burgers that had to be thrown out !! My kids chicken McNuggets were in an unsealed 10 piece box !! I called Ms. Rosie and she said she would replace at least the double Quarter pounder with cheese but I don’t know when to go get it replaced??? No apple pies ! After this situation is satisfied by the manager, will update on what happened ! Hopefully will be able to rate 5 stars ! Even with their mistakes, I highly recommend this McDonalds and give them 4 stars for the manager’s attentiveness concerning the drive thru incident and Patrick also saved them ! The store was pretty clean as well !

McDonald's needs to just stick to burgers because their breakfast is just pitiful, I don't even believe that the food is real, what a shame. Awful
Ordered crispy chicken biscuit. Upon getting it home, it was over cooked. Dry and tough - totally inedible. 😔

I have been here 4 times because it's close to where I live. 3 times out of the 4 times I have been here my fries were luke-warm. I only had hot fries once. I've even asked for news fries and they gave me the same fries with a couple hot fries on top. (All times a manager was present so to send cold fries out, really disappointing.) It's rather unfortunate because they own another building near reeves ridge rd and their fries and food are always HOT. Will no longer order food from here.

I always use this McDonald's to get my Mocha frappes. They are always really fast and friendly. The only issue of ever had was a month ago about an hour before they closed I went thru the drive thru and ordered a mocha frappe and was told they were out of it. So I asked what they were out of, the milk, the chocolate, the coffee, the ice and the response I got was all of it which of course was BS. They just didn't want to make it. But that's the only issue I've ever had and I go there at least three times a week.
