Usually when we come service is fine but tonight I guess they gave up. I did table service ordering and the first time the food came out maybe 10 min after ordering. Placed a to go order the same way and waited 30 min and it never came. Walked to the front and it was just sitting there…I know McDs isn’t a table service kinda place but don’t offer it in the app if employees arent willing to do it so lesson learned here is if you want your food hot, go through the drive thru I guess.

I was driving through the drive thru and I ordered my food.But when it came out I got something totally different. I went inside and told them I ordered something else but then they just gave me one of those annoying looks and said be right back. It took him 10 min actually. Super annoying do NOT recommend

This location has superb customer service! The staff are always kind and appear to love their jobs. The food is always hot and the wait time is minimal. Thanks for always going above and beyond.

I asked the lady working the window if all of our sauces were in the bag and she said yes and there were 2 sauce packets after ordering 5+. I just didn’t like how she lied to us along with the sauces make the meal for me. Please fix this thank you!

I came in here with manners and manager goes Wuchu want after the older employee with glasses hands me one single packet of pepper that was empty, it’s makes alot of sense why these people work at McDonalds and I won’t be coming back here again unless I have to.

Today I visited this McDonalds and ordered three apple pies and two large fries for my daughters and myself. The order was correctly read back to me at the first window and I also saw three apple pies on the screen with a total of around fourteen dollars.

When I arrived at the second window the employee repeated my order again confirming two large fries and three apple pies. Before leaving I decided to check my bag and I am glad I did. Only two pies were inside.

I politely let them know that one was missing. Instead of offering a simple apology or solution a woman in the back raised her voice and said we do not have any more apple pies. Then she added that she did not know what I wanted her to do. It was also suggested that I only ordered two even though I watched three appear on the screen and the employees repeated that order back to me twice. They then asked if I wanted to wait twelve minutes.

The frustrating part is that no one came to the window to explain anything or assist me. The employees walked away and ignored me. I was left sitting there feeling uncomfortable and disrespected especially over something so small that could have been handled very easily with communication and kindness.

A few minutes later I had to wave down another employee who walked by wearing a black shirt and I asked if he was the manager. He listened to me apologized and refunded me for the missing pie. I truly appreciate that he stepped in but the situation should not have had to reach that point in order for someone to show professionalism.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at any McDonalds. It is important that the staff receive proper training on how to treat customers and how to work as a team. A simple acknowledgment and a respectful explanation would have made all the difference.

Based on this experience I will not be returning to this location and I hope this review encourages improvement in communication and basic customer service for future guests.

Ordered at the drive thru for my toddlers
Got to the window to pay for me food
Young guy gave my total $18 for 2 happy meals
Asked him why is the total so much, he then had a major attitude problem and started giving me wise remarks to go some where else , I ask to speak to a manger he would not bring a manger to the window
Very disrespectful and rude, I live in the neighborhood I was never treated like this please someone fix your employees

The service is BAD. Waited 8 minutes for them to take my order. Made eye contact with a lot of workers but they didn't take my order. Ended up being hungry and mad.
