Employees were kind and helpful when I had questions. However the food was massively over cooked to the point that when I bit into the fries and looked at them, there was no inside. Honestly it made me lose my appetite. The fries weren't that good either. The nuggets were fine and tasted normal. Out of all the McDonald's I have been to I have never had fries like that before. Do better.

Went through the drive through on 5/29 handed my debit card this morning woke up to someone name Tina Carrington trying to take 999 and 299 from my card. Bank block charges. Call McDonald's and let them know what happened they said the manager be in at 8 and gave contact information. Go to McDonald's to asked for the highest manager and guy name Jason came out already rude saying that I was help and they lady was the general manager and that I refuse her help and would need a police report for further help. She never said a word, didn't introduce herself. Nothing got resolved today. Wasn't able to say a word. So disrespectful. Watch your bank accounts. Corporate don't care either call and spoke with the payroll department like why. They not taking this seriously. No this was the first time in days I used my card so it came from this store

Just spent $50 here, I always add my points to my app with my receipt later after ordering instead of searching for the app beforehand, and the app tells me that my receipt has already been used… meaning one of the employees stole my points. I was also moved to the third window to wait for my $50 order and EVERYTHING was cold? What was the point of waiting? Even before being pulled forward I politely asked “can u just make sure I get my sauces in the bag?” The girl was kind and she said yes ma’am, but woe & behold there wasn’t even a single napkin, let alone the sauces that I ordered which appeared on the receipt, or a drop of ketchup, just cold food -.- Definitely won’t be back to any McDonald’s location after this. And why is it so expensive for low quality, cheap, cold food? I’m good..

Whoever the old lady is working in the front they don't even acknowledge you there were two customers standing in front of me yesterday she helped them then left me standing there waiting while she goes to the back with the Latino lady then got mad because I asked if anyone was working the front. Idk if y'all need more employees or what but the employees in the afternoon don't serve the people on the inside.
Bad service. No Torrenting or paid surveys allowed. Damn at&t filtering. Change to spectrum dude.

The most despicable McDonald’s I’ve ever dined at. Ironically, one needs to be prepared to be there 20- 40 minutes (especially at night) to be serviced at this “fast food” establishment. This location utilized the “pick up” window to improve their drive thru window times, however, I’ve been forgotten there more than once. I’ve observed cars having to circle the building to remind staff they’re waiting, prompting me to do the same in order to receive food I’ve paid for. This place is also notorious for giving out cold food, orders are sent back frequently. I don’t even come over here frequently because ChicFila is right across the street and I’d rather spend my money there. Unfortunately, every once in a while my kid wants to give Mickey D a try and it’s a dissatisfying experience every time- lived in this area for 4 years and this McDonalds sucked the entire time.

Spent 45 minutes in the drive-thru, unmoving later at night when rush hours were very well over. Finally got to the speaker, No answer after the app prompt. Spend another 15 minutes just trying to see if anyone would acknowledge us. The other line moved up one car the entire time we there. Waited almost an hour for ice cream and left with nothing. This location has gone to shit real fast.
