they will always forget your sauce and other things you paid for and when you ask for them they look at you like you slapped them in the face with a frozen fish filet, how TH am i supposed to eat 20 nuggets with no sauce and then wait 30 minutes in the drive through again because their timing is abysmal

Tyki was amazing. He was extremely helpful, kind, and delivered fast, quality service. If he isn’t a manager for the overnight shift, he should be. I received better service from him than any other employee at any McDonald’s.

Please don’t order here if you have any intentions of it being fast. I had ordered my curbside 10 min in advance, got to the store waited 20 min and still nothing. Decided to go through the drive through (which took an extra 10 minutes) to get my now COLD burger and fries.

Order 2 burgers at the drive-thru; Was told to park in spot 1; waited for 20 minutes, no exaggeration, went back through the drive-thru, they had no idea I was even over there. Maybe up your standard of hiring so that the people in the window have the capacity to stay organized.

Rating a fast food is absolutely ridiculous to me, but I’ve never had a drive thru person be so rude? I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over a decade, but when it popped up by my workplace, I’ve been craving it sometimes after shift. Obviously I don’t know everything that comes on certain orders, so yes I ask before I order. Whoever was there last night in the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment or find yourself a new job. Having a job is a privilege. Plenty of people don’t have one that want one. I’m sorry if you are going through something personal to make you be so miserable or whatever it is, but we’ve all got something. Take a deep breath and don’t give an attitude to me for just asking what comes on the order. Everyone else last night was incredibly kind. So to the drive thru lady at this location: please stop being the sour apple of your workplace.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app for a drive thru order that I ended up not receiving correctly until over a half hour from when I arrived, after multiple trips back inside and out of the restaurant and being given the wrong order.
