I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this location. The place was an absolute disaster. Trash was piled up everywhere—on tables, chairs, and even overflowing onto the floor. It was clear that the staff had no interest in maintaining cleanliness or providing a pleasant environment for customers. Not a single employee seemed bothered to clean up the mess, leaving the place in a state of complete neglect. This kind of service is unacceptable and frankly, shocking for a business that relies on customer satisfaction. I won’t be returning

Bay behhh, Janine had me ALL THE WAY MESSED UP TODAY! She’s usually sweet, but today, they completely messed up my order. Janine was the one that gave it to me. I go back in to get the order corrected and tried to get Janine’s attention. She looked at me, then looked away and refused to come to me. We hadn’t exchanged words or anything. All I said was, “Excuse me.” She was so close to me, if that counter wasn’t in between us, we would have been beside each other. I was raised right, so I know how to conduct myself, but when she blatantly ignored me and had already made me late for work for a double cheeseburger and a McDouble with extra onions, I wanted to cuss her out COMPLETELY! There was a Caucasian lady with really long hair that saw me trying to get her attention and decided to help me. I wish I had gotten her name but I was too busy trying not to cuss out Janine. She told Janine about my order and Janine looked at her like, “Does it look like I gaf?!” It was so weird cause she’s usually sweet. That sweet Caucasian lady deserves a raise. Demote Janine. Lol! Jk, but I’m serious about her ignoring me, she needs to definitely be checked by management about that because I have bad days too, but I can’t ignore customers at my job, or is that something McDonald’s allows????

I come here about 4 times a week omw to work. Woman (jessica) in drive thru was extremely rude. She just kept taking over me when I said I had a mobile order by saying, "what can I get for you.." I understand it's 7am & perhaps she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but it's a COMPLETE 360 from the friendly service I usually get from Grace (drive thru cashier) she's SUPER nice & I luv chatting with her every morning!! GRACE should be promoted or give Jessica some training on customer service.

Was the absolute worse service I ever had. Ordered 1 cheeseburger happy meal, 1 hamburger, 1 small fry and 1 bottle of water. After waiting 15 minutes on the order I went to an employer and told them I did not receive the order and waited an additional 10 minutes to not receive it.
