Placed my order 20 minutes in advance on the app, took another 10 minutes after arriving to be greeted or acknowledged at all. Another 10 minutes in and I finally receive my semi flat sprite and a room temp Big Mac. My boyfriend had his own order as well which took 30 minutes from when we got here, 20 minutes after we placed the order. We received the wrong count of nuggets, another semi flat sprite, and his McDouble was cold. Service wise everyone except this one guy was very nice. The guy at the register when I arrived was very rude and speaking very harshly to the customers, while I didn’t directly speak to him I heard his demeaning tone when addressing other customers. I was excited to see the renovations but this really didn’t make me happy any to come back.

Location has reopened after remodeling for a couple months. Food wasn’t dry, my nuggets were freshly made. Service was quick. Interior was clean and didn’t smell. Plenty of new chairs and tables. Layout is completely different. Staff was cleaning tables and sweeping the floors. Pretty remarkable improvement. It’s a McDonalds.

One thing I can say about this McDonald’s is, you’re guaranteed to a cold meal and a weak drink. Even, during lunch hours. I just left around 1 pm and my lunch is terrible. This is worse McDonald’s in Charlotte!! NEVER going there again.

Order a chicken big mac and they give me a big mac (beef). Called them for clarification and the person on the call laughs and mocks saying they don’t understand me even though they understood everything I said before the complaint
Only got part of my order. I know I should check the bag. Why should I have to check the bag if 3 people are at the windows. Wrong sandwich, nothing about my order was good.

Ok I usually don’t leave reviews ESPECIALLY not for McDonald’s but the crew today for 10/15/2024 did they thing! All the food was correct, tasted great, my additions were listened to and it was all done in a timely manner with great attitudes! Seems like they really worked well together, so just felt they deserved some praise!!

This is the second time I have received the wrong food when using the curbside option at this location. Both times I ordered multiple triple cheeseburgers. Both times I received double cheeseburgers instead.
