I normally don't review McDonald's because, it's McDonald's. I don't expect much. But this is probably the worst managed store in the company. EVERYONE was unhappy. The people inside, the people in the Drivethru, the people in pickup. I order 2 items that totalled less that $5. They literally never brought it out. 45 mins. Went inside and It was so chaotic l just left. Y'all can keep that $5. AND I ORDERED ONLINE 5 MINS BEFORE I GOT THERE 😂😂😂 What a joke. Even for McDonald's

This is the type of environment and hatred at this facility: decided to go to McDonald's (8121 University city) and I was witness of a employee saying to another co worker -we are going to deport you but with a gun shot in your head- what kind of work environment is that one? It's really scary and sad how this country is divided by hate, I don't care which side you're on,but having another employee saying that, Managers and the McDonald's owner should be taking care of this situation.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in Charlotte. Even though they have automatic order taking they still get the orders wrong and take too long to get the orders to you. I've been to this McDonald's quite a few times and never had my order brought out to me correct or in a timely manner. This is the McDonald's in University City area I don't recommend this McDonald's go somewhere else don't go to this one.
