If the sun isn't up, neither is this McDonald's. It will 100% be closed even if it's lit up and staffed. Do not use the mobile app because you will not get a refund. During the day it is alright but it will probably only be serving a partial menu or will be out of every item that is t a burger including the soft drinks.

Horrible place to go. At this location the workers don’t care about nothing but getting their paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location. This is how the Big Mac was given I never seen anything like this. Nothing on the sandwich and the cheese is on the outside of the bun. The whole night shift crew needs to go back in training or fired.

Went to McDonald’s on Monroe rd, went thru drive thru set in line for 20 minutes, while manager on duty was outside smoking weed was not able to order anything, very disappointed in the service I didn’t receive

Ordered food through the app for curbside. Waited 15 minutes. Finally went in and there were about 20 teenagers in there making a mess, running, PLAYING BASKETBALL, and just generally wrecking havoc. I almost got knocked down walking out the door because 2 of them were chasing each other. The food is here good and the employees are nice but they can’t do their jobs. You need a security guard or a babysitter here. It’s always like this after school. I have a video if you’d like it.
