DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! They are completely racist! I went to this McDonald's tonight to get my family a late night snack. There were about 30 cars in the line at the drive through. It was slow but moving. I paid but my coupon didn't work. I asked for the manager. The manager came and started to give me a refund. I said I didn't want one I just wanted to see why my coupon didn't work. He said he didn't know and he couldn't do anything about it. Not the greatest service but I want to point out he was willing to give me a middle aged white woman a refund without any reason why. A few minutes go by I realize they are servicing 2 cars that aren't even in line. It takes them over 15 minutes to serve them. I have my window open now because I'm trying to figure out what's happening. The two cars leave. One car a head of me in a white car is a young black man. I can hear him clearly from my car. He says "Sir, my foods cold. Can you recook it?" Mcdonald's Employee "No we won't do that." Young man "Can I have a refund then my foods cold." Mcdonald's Employee "If you want a refund you have to take your food and get back in line" (remember there are about 30 cars in line) Young man "No I want a refund Sir. I'll sit here until you give me one." Manager now "You aren't getting a refund get lost or I'm calling the police." Young man "Sir I'm staying to I get a refund" Long story short. The manager calls the police. The young man is crying and shaking in his car. My mom, who was with me, goes up to him and says we witnessed everything and we'll talk to the police. The police come with 6 cars because the manager said that the young man threatened him. Luckily the head officer was calm and willing to listen. The young man explained what happened. My mom backed him up. The manager comes running out of the restaurant yelling arrest him he's dangerous. The police tell him to calm down. He says I want the young man arrested put him in handcuffs. The police say no your going to give him a refund and let him leave and then anyone in line that wants a refund you give it to them. The young man gets his refund and leaves. I get to the window and ask for a refund from the manager. I also ask for his name and the owners name and number. I'm told he doesn't need to give out his name and he doesn't know the owners name or number. Which you know he knew that. Also, when I got my food at another McDonald's I asked if the manager's can with hold their names or the owner's info. and they are not supposed to. So I will say again please don't give this store your business. The young man tonight did nothing wrong. All he did was be young and black. The behavior from the manager of this store was disgusting, unprofessional, racist, and just horrible all around. My family and I will never go to this store again.

Wish I could give this place a half star. The woman taking our order at the window kept cutting me off then gave me my total before I could adjust my order. My girlfriend tried to talk to the cashier about it, she was listening but, was clearly uninterested. We pull to grab our food and there's 2 women there. We grab our food and just as well pull off one of them yells "Bye" and some other poor customer service things. The WHOLE encounter was UNPROFESSIONAL.

The lady that took my order was nice and reasonable while doing multiple things at once. I couldn't really complain much unless I nitpicked so that was good. If any employee/manager reads this, hope you have a good day and God bless you.

Came to McDonalds and orded the whole dam store right before closing time. Caleb and his night crew were OUTSTANDING. Wish we had this type of customer service in Staten Island. Thanks Again Night Crew.

This morning I went to this location to order my breakfast and the lady gave me the wrong order. I had asked for Chicken Mcgriddles not biscuit and the hispanic short lady who was at the window giving me my food did not give me my sweet tea along with my two other iced coffee. I am very upset with this. Im never going to that place again!!! They were rude as well.
Last year my burger was raw, yesterday I had to pull up and wait for two filets when no one else was in line. Today, my nuggets were fried so hard they taste like the skin on fried chicken, no meat inside it was so dry. Why are they NOT under new management??

I was waited there for about 1 hour and 30 mintues for my breakfast all the workers were chatted and being playful and one of the worker yell at us because we pay with a 20 dollar bill tell us if we have change. And they put our order wrong
