Today's our last time coming to this location! We ordered at the drive through, 2 #9's and a McChicken. The girl working the window tells us our total is $11 and some change. I asked her to read the order back and confirm the total again. I said screw it and decided to pull up to the payment window. She then hand signals me the total??? I said what?! And she again tells me $11 and change. I said no one meal and a McChicken should be like $11. She then tells us we ordered two burgers, a McChicken, and two sodas. Where ever she got that from me ordering a number 9 with a orange hi-c and another number 9 with a diet coke, and a McChicken. We left since she decid d to give me attitude about HER PUTTING THE ORDER IN WRONG!!!

Never have I ever gone thru the drive thru and got my food without being asked to pull around and wait. Always have to pull around and there is plenty of people in there so we don’t wanna hear short staff BS.

Use the kiosk to order an egg McMuffin and 2 hash browns stand at the counter for 20 minutes before someone tells me oh yeah that one's broken. No sign or nothing. Don't go inside they don't pay attention.

Let's be honest. This McDonald's is not the Taj mahal. I asked for a $5 Mcdouble meal, no pickles, add lettuce 🥬 and tomato and mayonnaise. I ordered a sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets and a Hershey S'mores Mc- flurry. The only thing that was right was the McFlurry. The fries were salty and old. I didn't get any sauce for my nuggets and I paid extra for lettuce and tomato and didn't get it. I should have checked my bag before I drove off but I thought it was a simple order so I didn't. My advice, always check your bag

Is giving them zero stars an option? The McDonalds in Cornelius, Huntersville, and Northlake area are much better. The employee play around too much and lack customer service here. Came to the drive through to order and the employee was so annoying and playing around over the intercom that I just left.
