Food was so nasty and cold, wrong order and i asked no tartar sauce on my fish filet and they packed it with tartar sauce and made my sugar go up to 246. There was a little piece of cheese in the box. One of the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to in my 71 years of living. GO SOMEWHERE

ordered through the app waited 30 min for one single hashbrown and a mcgriddle no apology no make right just an excuse. abysmal customer service which has become very typical of mcdonald’s especially in charlotte

CHECK THE BAG! The morning crew needs to get it together… 7/10 times they will get the order wrong. If you send it back and tell them what you actually ordered, they will get it wrong again. A McDonalds is a McDonalds but it’s so annoying to have to fight to get your food nearly every time at this location. The night crew is cool though

Firstly I ordered from kiosk for dine in. No receipt. Then another kiosk, had to wait twice for reset of rewards redemptions. I kept asking for help until I finally screamed for help. Staff just kept walking by without acknowledging me for help and I have a big loud voice. Then staff member didn’t believe me when I told her the kiosk wasn’t working properly. She would not listen. So I ended up having to scream again before she understood what I was saying. I really would appreciate if this place would get competent employees. Back to the food. I ordered the deal of free medium fries with purchase of any size drink. No ice in drink and fries were not fresh. Oh and I had to ask for my receipt 3 times. Really not even worth the visit. It shouldn’t have to be like this. I’m posting this on social media as well. Maybe then things will move in a positive direction. They don’t like their customers.

Updated review. The help is so bad here they can’t even prepare an oatmeal. I asked for coffee creamers with my oatmeal. They didn’t give me the creamers and they didn’t even give me the raisins that go with the oatmeal. I’ve had to make two trips back and the staff was very rude to me. My advice is go somewhere else Terrible!
I will never eat there again. RIPOFF!!!

This location is a hot mess. Ordered for curbside, but then they switched it to drive through without telling me, so I had to go inside to sort it out. Always slow on weekends, and the people who work here don't seem to like each other, always yelling.

Just wanted to give kudos to Deni for being very polite and helping me with the McDonald's app. Most fast food employees refise to help if you are having trouble like it's not their problem. I had tried most of the suggestions already and ended up reloading the app but it was the empathy that was appreciated. We like going to this store because they are friendly and fast. Inside is usually very clean and it has an actual drink machine still!

No workers to attend the front counter customers...had to wait until they finished the drive thru customers 😒
Parking: It was practically full bc everyone was coming inside to order due to the drive thru being backed up and ppl waiting for their orders to be brought out to them☹️😕

Good food , terrible customer service. Very few of the staff speaks English which is a big issue. Sounds of horseplay and laughing the whole time you'd be shocked they were actually in the back cooking your food at the same time.

Every time I go there is an issue, my fries are cold, ice cream machine is down, and they never take the mobile app through the drive through anymore. You have to go inside to get any rewards or discounts. They even charged an extra few cents for a drink that comes with the kids meal. When asked why they said “that’s just what they do now” whether it was soda, juice, or even a milk they still charge.
