There is an older, darker complected black lady that is Horribly Nasty that was at the register. She Constantly complains about her job, like she doesn't want to be there. I asked her to communicate a detail about my order to the kitchen and she didn't. I watched her from the front. I had to speak to a manager. I waited way more than (3) minutes for the Nuggets to cook fresh. I received a box full of hot flat pieces. I have NEVER seen a standard chicken nugget look like this at any other McDonald's. Are they using the supplier issued food here?
I felt mistreated after I watched her demean another senior citizen. She gave the lady a cup and took it away as she went to get salt for the customer. The employee then proceeded to argue with the customer and told her that Someone must have Taken the cup. We were the only two people on the other side of the lobby counter. This lady doesn't work well with the public. I usually come here through the week and the staff is much nicer and on their phones a lot less.

Did not have my order complete when I drove up to the 2nd window . They told me to pull up to drive thru waiting spots and never came with my stuff. When I walked in the entire crew ignored me and when they finally acknowledged my presence they acted like I messed up.

This place omg really sucks never a greeting through the drive thru windows. At least say welcome to McDonald's please wait a moment something but no they make you wait for like 5 or so minutes before saying anything it's really annoying. Going inside just as bad. Smh..

The incompetence here is staggering. They were completely sold out of basic items—does anyone actually manage the inventory? To make matters worse, the hygiene was appalling. The tables were repulsive, and when I asked for cleaner, the staff lied to my face, promised to take care of it, and then completely ignored me. The entire dining area is a filth pit. The only shocking redeeming quality was a bathroom that wasn't a total disaster, but that doesn't excuse the rest of this nightmare. Avoid this dump at all costs.

if i could it would be zero stars this location is absolutely horrible they never once have gotten an order correct probably cause there to busy playing with each other they all stink of weed coming in and out of the restaurant playing on there phones during busy morning rush might as well just shut this location down and start all over

The service was absolutely Horrible. We Waited like 20 mins. There was nobody at the register to take any orders. I believe we had three people in front of us. I went to the side and there was a worker. I kindly asked the lady worker if anybody was able to work the register? It seemed to bother her. Her response was I'm the only one here. Her question was what you want me to do in a attitude manner ? I then seen another young male worker going back and forth taking care of the drive thru customers. It seemed to me more cars through the drive thru were taking priority over the cash register. I also noticed what I believed to be managers one male and woman with blue shirts. I kindly asked them if it would be possible to have someone come to the register. With no response about 5 mins later the young woman employee came to the cash register. We finally got to the front and was able to place a order. As if we weren't waiting long enough, the order came back all wrong. Then it was absolutely a problem trying to get the right items. All in all. Our family was frustrated and inconvenienced. We spent all morning traveling from New York and was absolutely hungry and disappointed. I understand the business can be hard work. My wife and I both have careers in the custom service field. I hope the management in this establishment can fix this and get better .

I ordered a couple of diet Cokes for the girls and an ice cream cone for my grandson. It was mid afternoon and it took over 20 minutes for curbside service.
