A HAIR!! Last time I tried to reach out to McDonald’s on an issue I never heard back from anyone so maybe this will catch their attention. I found a HAIR in my food! I have short black hair so no way this was mine! I can’t believe I bit into a piece of food with a LONG LONG piece of hair in it. This had to be the most disgusting thing ever! I would go back and complain but what’s the point. I am just passing through and don’t plan on coming back to this location but it really makes me rethink about how McDonalds handles their food. Definitely recommend you check your food throughly and maybe avoid this location in general

How am I gonna drive through lane and I’m at the first lane to pull up after means in the second lane and he orders before I do when I’ve been sitting there waiting
This Well to do and I should’ve been taken care of before he was knowing that I’ve been sitting there waiting befor he got there
This McDonald is going down hill

Also, when I order no matter what I ordered during the day, I told To go park so I don’t mess up their time
So they don’t want their time messed up, but they will get people that’s been waiting for other people

Seems very backwards to me, but they don’t want their time messed up and they asked you to go park somewhere but you have to accidentally for other People to order before they allow you to order sales backwards and messed up to me

First they got too many people on the clock to be this slow then they give me the wrong food yall need to fire all them n start a new cause they gonna piss off the wrong customer n innocent people could get hurt fix this issue before the wrong person decides to fix it definitely ordered ranch snack wrap for my kids n they gave me two spicy ones now I got two stomach aches.

I believe this location could improve in several areas. I experienced slow service during my visit, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to individuals who seemed to be struggling with homelessness and emotional distress. This made it challenging to enjoy my meal. Additionally, the food service could be enhanced, as it appeared that the staff were not fully engaged in their responsibilities.

I also encountered an inappropriate remark from the young man at the register on Wednesday, June 3, 2025, in the afternoon, when he mentioned that my drink was served out of the goodness of their hearts. I think a more professional approach would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers. Thank you for considering these points for improvement.

They give you the food but not the cutlery. I'm confused because most McDonald's put the takeaway food with the cutlery. But this one doesn't???

I ordered my food and asked them to bring it to my table. They said okay, but no one brought anything. I waited, and nobody even called my name. In the end, I had to get up and go to the counter myself.

Honestly, it made me feel like I was ignored. I expected better service, especially since I paid and followed all instructions.

If you can't follow through with what you say, don't offer it in the first place

The worst mocha frappe I had in entire US. Today around 10:30 PM I order a Mocha frappe Large with no whip cream and added oreo. Frappe I received is literally ice crush and not even tasting any flavor just ice crushed. I even gave clear suggestion to make it neat but no proper response and they asked to wait in next window for giving just the crushed ice

This is the BEST McDonald's I have ever been to! They are super friendly, they are quick to get your order out, and it's been right every time I go here. I wish every McDonald's was like this one!

Been going to this location for 20 years the whole crew was moved to another store service isn't the same anymore they're very slow and most of the time you get the wrong order. This is the most dysfunctional restaurant I have ever been to placed my order. Waited and waited and waited while it's set in the kitchen on a tray. Waiting on hash browns which came out of the fryer twice and they put them in drive-thru bags and gave them out the window and when I ask could I not get my food that's getting cold. She says we're waiting on hash browns. I've been waiting on hash browns for over 15 minutes while they were passing them out to the drive-thru. Every supervisor and manager should be fired from that location. They are more concerned about the drive-thru customers than they are the ones waiting inside the restaurant.
