Normally really enjoy this McDonald's for breakfast, unfortunately 4 or 5 days a week some weeks, but they have a habit of cancelling my order (a whole 2 biscuits) if I order after 10:20. I get breakfast is over soon, but it's not over until 10:30, and I already think it shouldn't end until 11 anyways, as 11-2 seems pretty nationally recognized as the lunch hour.

I work 10 hour shifts at Amazon and really appreciate that 1200 calorie start to the day. It's really annoying to be running late enough to crutch on fast food, even more annoying to waste time going to pick up a cancelled order. Please stop this this is one of the only McDonald's locations I like.

I was honestly blown away by this McDonald's location! I’ve never seen a team so united, a place so clean, and staff so genuinely kind. Everything was organized and spotless, thanks especially to Ms. Ibeth, who clearly takes pride in keeping everything in order. The energy among the workers was so positive—it made the whole visit feel special. Huge shoutout to the entire team! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Antonio the hispanic guy with adult braces and face piercings is EXTREMELY unprofessional. He claimed to be the manager on duty and when I told him we were given a empty box of four piece nuggets he said that was not true, i said to look at the cameras he said no then his coworker another Hispanic boy said “What The Hell” and kept coming up playing at the window and they refused to resolve the issue. Corporate was contacted but this level of unprofessionalism in America is unacceptable and both of them should be fired no questions asked. All leadership has to do is pull up the cameras and I will be escalating this to the very top because it’s necessary to stop mess like this from happening to anyone else. McDonalds as a whole should be ashamed.

Antonio the hispanic manager with braces is unprofessional and took up for the coward employee who cursed snd refused to give his name at the drive thru window at 9:24pm on 11/08/2025. I will be contacting corporate and want a manager to speak with and pull the camera for 7:15 pm packing empty boxes and they should be fired!

The GM is very rude and disrespectful she discriminate against disabled people without reason she refuses service to people and will try and ban you with no excuse I'm calling corporate office about this I watched it with my own eyes and have pictures I'll be sending to the corporate office disabled people are human too

Placed an order to eat in and they refused to give me a cup of water. Trying to charge me $1.75 for the cup, claiming water is free but the cup costs $1.75. I have been to McDonald’s all over America and North Carolina. This is the first time I am being asked to pay for a cup just for water. The manager I spoke to, her name is Jasmine. Total disgrace of McDonald. Bad experiment overall. Do not come here!

Sunday 8 am, Went to drive thru, I could barely hear the girl speak when giving order. I asked if she got it all, no answer,, asked for total,, nothing no reply.
I don’t know total or my order.
So I drove up without reply to pay, she still wouldn’t speak till I asked how much?
The young girl needs to speak up louder or fix speakers.

Frustrated Customer

This is the worst McDonald's in North and South Carolina they can never get it right The girl they have at the drive of window right now Three days in a row of went in there and ordered two days I ordered large didn't get it and then at the window they fought me on it and wouldn't give them to me then I just went in today and ordered two my crispy chicken meals and a McDouble then didn't get my McDouble she does not listen to anything you say this place is poorly managed 3 days in a row my order was wrong That's pretty pathetic in my book
