These people are despots. They serve you very poorly, as if you were asking for free food. Very unpleasant. No good.

Why isn't there ice? U have to request it , so they go to drive thru cashier , then hand u back ur cup with ice. No napkins by the machine , smh.

Zero. Messed up my order. Forgot a sandwich from my receipt. Refused to take my receipt coupons. Refused to give me the franchise owners information. Go to another Mcdonalds.

These people work here are not humans they made drivers wait 30 minutes and then tell them we don’t have this order and very unhelpful and they don’t care for the place and the customers or even the job

This location usually serves luke warm food. The staff takes a long time to acknowledge customers. They rarely smile and act like they are always too busy for pleantries. The best part of this location is the cleanliness of the dining area. But they diffently need to work on customer service.

All I can say is check your food! It’s wrong 80% of the time.
They told me to park on the side to wait so I did, after 30 minutes of waiting they served everyone but me. I went to the manager and they didn’t serve me as I am a Hispanic person. They were racists.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGERS AND STAFF!! Went to McDonald’s on 2 occasions. 12/30/2024 & 01/01/2025. BOTH TIMES BOTH MEALS WERE INCORRECT. This Does Not make the first time Our Meal Orders were Incorrect. Whenever we call back to Speak with Manager. Calls goes to Voicemail. NO RESPONSE! Called Several Times to Speak With Manager. ONLY GOES TO VOICEMAIL. I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES. NO RETURN CALL. BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY. FINALLY, Today 01/02/2025 a Manager, Claudia, Answered. I Explained the Situation. She DID NOT APOLOGIZE AND SAID SHE WOULD REPLACE THE LAST MEAL ORDER. But NOT THE FIRST ONE. STILL, NO APOLOGY! My son went to get the REPLACEMENT MEAL ORDER TODAY. HE SPOKE WITH Claudia and 2 other we Assume Managers. My son, Spoke, Introduced himself. Neither of them Spoke or Introduced themselves and STILL, NO APOLOGY! She told him she will acknowledge the last Incorrect Meal Order. But, NOT THE FIRST INCORRECT MEAL ORDER. He Informed her he Would Be Contacting Corporate, The Franchise Owners and BBB. HOPEFULLY, it Wasn’t One of Them. Because if so, THAT EXPLAINS WHY IT’S SO MANY ERRORS/INCORRECT ORDERS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT AND THE WORKERS EVERYTIME WE GO HERE (all but one specific manager a young Hispanic male with curly hair - he is always polite and respectful) but CLAUDIA is rude upper management along with a black heavier male manager with dreds and a white old man all I had the displeasure of meeting at once due to an error on McDonalds end. I purchased a family meal two different days and BOTH orders were incorrect, all the burgers were messed up with tons of ketchup onions and pickles when we asked for plain and then one time they put just burger and bun for all the burgers. I called at the time of both errors and of course no one answered, I left voicemails and of course no one returned my call either time. So on 01/02/2025 my mother called and finally got a answer and it was Claudia who my mother said over talked her, didn’t apologize and rushed her off the phone. My mother explained it was two separate occasions back to back on 12/30/24 and 01/01/2025. Claudia told her bring receipt for replacement. I went up there because I know how unprofessional food servers can be and how things can get out of hand. I went up there very professionally and friendly and received friendly service from the young men in the front both said they were managers because the staff is always rude at the windows. I explained the situation and they said they were told by Claudia to replace ONE. As luck would have it, Claudia and apparently other upper management were congregated in a huddle hiding off to the side and I was advised to ask her what to do about the first error we paid for. When I walked up, I spoke and introduced myself, none of them did. I asked was she Claudia, she said yes. Claudia was the only one responding to my inquiries and the heavier black man with untreated dreds only interjected once to say that only one receipt said “plain” and luckily when my mother placed the order I was on the phone and I told him regardless of the receipt I heard her place the order, we come there weekly and always request plain. So apparently he had reviewed the receipt earlier. After I complimented the younger manager in the front I asked them to clarify I have two incorrect orders from your store and you’re telling me you will not address both correct? Claudia said correct and she can’t refund without the food. Again no apology, no acknowledgement of an error and complete disregard for basic customer service which says a lot about their character and leadership skills. Just because someone got their online degree shouldn’t automatically qualify them to be a manager. The white old man still has sat in silence. I thanked them for their time and exited knowing full well my intentions fueled by this unprofessional encounter I would be contacting corporate, the franchise owners which I hope wasn’t one of them if so it would explain why there is so many errors and also the BBB. DO NOT GO HERE!
