Terrible service, I waited in front of the drive true screen for more than 10 minutes, there were no cars on the line and no one answered me, when I advanced the man who was in charge of the true drive told me in a very rude way that he didn’t care if I turned around again and closed the window in my face, he had a very large order, but they didn’t care about anything

That's why my wife really likes coffee, she always orders it, sir coffee, for people over 45 and it comes already prepared.

6am , all the kiosk are closed inside, no one is taking any orders, 7 people waiting in line , and all the manager and workers are only worried about serving drive through! They just glance at us but no one comes to the counter, totally rude!!!!

After waiting for missing bags that never showed at Charlotte Airport, we stopped at this McDonald's at 11 pm. This McD's is always reliable, fast. friendly and consistent. This was a really good late night fish sandwich!

For some reason these people cannot get one order right, including a Happy Meal were you literally just throw everything in a box they somehow get at least one thing wrong every time I take my kids here

McDonalds is always a last resort. Why? Order a Fish Filet. Cheese on one side of the carton, tartar sauce on the other side. You have to literally remake the sandwich when you get it.

Customer service is very poor, the old man in desk front. who delivers the orders has a bad attitude. I hope some manager can tell the gentleman that he should be nice to the customers. No recomiendo el servicio mientras esta el señor
