I waiting 45 minutes to receive my food just for absolutely nothing to be correct. The only thing right about the order is that I had fries. Not even the right size. Not once did any of the employees question why I was standing there so long, when I informed the manager about my wait he responded with “that’s not that bad” if I could give 0 stars I would. They need new management here extremely bad

I visited your 5635 north tryon street Charlotte NC, location on the evening of 12/01/2025, after placing a mobile order for my family. Upon arrival, I was rudely told to pull to the second window by a staff member with dreadlocks. We waited over 20 minutes, and when our food was finally handed to us, it was tossed into the car without a word — no napkins, no ketchup, no basic courtesy.
When we got home, we discovered that all three burgers — mine, my husband’s, and my son’s — were visibly raw inside. I have video evidence and screenshots showing the undercooked patties. These were supposed to be quarter pounders but they tasted nothing like that and were completely inedible.
My husband took one bite and immediately felt sick. We threw the food away. This is not just poor service — it’s a serious health risk.
I am demanding:
A full investigation into this location’s food safety practices
Accountability for the staff’s behavior and lack of basic service
A formal response from corporate acknowledging this incident
If this is not addressed promptly, I will escalate this matter through legal channels. The public deserves safe food and respectful service.

I really like this place because it’s not too far from my house. This is my second time I’ve been here and they are always polite. Every time I come in I have a newborn baby so they carry my food to the table for me which I was so grateful for that. The food is always hot. The fries was hot and delicious. They had the right amount of salt on it just how I like it. The diet soda was very good. It was very strong not watery and wheat. I also had got a Mc rib sandwich cause baby. You know I love to make reels. I’ll beat that sandwich up. It was blessing you hit me. I can’t wait to go get me another one and I also had me a fish fillet sandwich. The fish fillet sandwich was so delicious. The bread was soft. It wasn’t soggy. The fish was made to perfection. The tartar sauce was really tottery. lol babe I was living my best life bababa I’m grubbing it 🤣😌😋

A lot of teenagers hanging in and outside of building. Orders have been wrong several times and or cold and not good. The lines are so long and it takes more than 15-20 minutes just to go through the drive thru. Not worth spending my money at.
