I went there, ordered and picked my order. I usually checked right on the window my order to make sure everything is there. I was missing a hash brown, when I told the lady, she asked me to drive around. I had to get in line for the second time to reorder. When I ask to speak to a manager the lady said I am the manager. I asked her how do I know if I’m not paying again for my hash brown if I didn’t get a receipt? Her replied was, must customers don’t ask for a receipt. I continued to ask why the people don’t pay attention and to my surprise she answered, I was not the one who took your order. I told her you have to work on your attitude. Her replied, have a good day! I highly recommend everyone to ask for your receipt as you never know If you are paying again for your missing item.

okay first things first I usually don’t leave reviews but the service was really bad. I went with my dad we went to the drive through and nobody was saying anything we kept saying hello? but no one until another card pulled on the other drive through they got their order took . then someone finally got to us and when we asked for barbecue sauce she simply said “we don’t have Apple sauce “ what?? we repeated and she said the same thing she we just let it go. when we pulled to pick it up she was very mean our food looked thrown in . terrible service.

I went through the drive through and received my food promptly, but I found a strand of hair in my ice cream cone. This significantly lowered the quality of my McDonald’s experience.

Waited 10 minutes until a worker finally came up to the front. Workers are extremely disrespectful did not believe me that there was 2 missing combos. One lady even said to another coworker “She doing too much”. Even though they’re the ones who got it wrong in the first place.

I recently ordered at this specific McDonald’s with expectations of having a very normal and modest meal. But what i got completely disgusted me and absolutely butchered my experience of ever going to any McDonald’s ever again. I got the Chicken Big Mac with fries and it was the worst thing i have ever ordered. For starters the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way and it was raw with each bite. It felt like i was biting a literal shoe. The fries were the worst thing ever considering they were cold and had no salt to them.. I also ordered a hi-c and they gave it to me hot and with barely any ice. The workers also get extremely disrespectful when they get your order wrong and you tell them about it. It’s awfully unprofessional and a huge letdown. I don’t know what’s going on behind the counter but something needs to change there. Either find new personnel or close the place down because this is ridiculous.

I truly hate using kiosks to order. I feel like that should reduce the price that I'm paying for the food - I'm doing some of the work! The machine says to enter the number on the table tent and we'll bring your food to you. No, they called the number out and we had to get our own food. And service was s l o w... I figured the kiosks were to reduce the wasted man power at the register so that overall service would be faster. And most of the tables weren't clean!
Beyond all that, the food was pretty good - I ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit (twas a little dry) and my husband ordered the breakfast platter with steak. The breakfast platter is a pretty decent meal for the price I must say.

Only had bbq wings but they were burned underneath the sauce. My only real problem with this establishment. It can be missed because it sits behind a gas station on south Tryon. Overall not too an experience. I may return not sure yet
