Everything about this McDonald's was nasty from outside having people pee in parking lot to employees being unprofessional it's was poor atmosphere never going there again

Poor Customer Service, employees need to work on that. Being professional is the key. I have never thought I would be arguing with the drive-through person about my order.You never know if a person has a food allergy.

On Monday 02/17/2025, 8:25 pm. I ordered food to eat in, after 30 minutes waiting I went to the counter and I realized that food was on pick up window. Of course cold French fries, I saw 4 workers talking between them, tables and floor dirty.

Drivethrough was good. All the food was wrong- no egg, no cheese in sausage muffin w/ egg, no Canadian bacon and no cheese in Egg McMuffin. OJ was weak.

Rude! Standing there while the staff stays in the back without acknowledging a customer when we made eye contact... so it was clear. Anything... even a " i'll be with you shortly"... would've been fine. This is a teachable moment...

Slow and unhelpful.
Used mobile ordering. Pulled up to curbside. Waited over 15min for food. App still said âorder is almost ready.â Tried to cancel through app with no luck and had to leave the food I paid for, if it ever came out, since my lunch break was now over. Out my money and time with nothing to show for it. Do better.

PATHETIC STORE SORRY WORKERS. Went here 2/4/25 around 11:30pm and the lady comes on the drive thru intercom and says sheâs the only one working so they not serving customers⊠so sheâs getting paid to sit on the clock. I donât know how these owners make money when all they night staffers are sorry

After telling the drive through employee we had 3 more drinks, employee slammed the door in our face. We asked for ketchup after he handed us our food, and we heard him scream- âyouâre not getting any fing ketchupâ. He then proceeded to flick us off as we drove away. We called the manager and instead of apologizing- all she said was âIâll talk to himâ. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

Restrooms are very dirty. Daily double was fine. Hamburger and my son's fries were...not. see photo.
This has to be rough...not a lot of control over how the public is treating the establishment. (Time around 3:30pm December 17)

Dietary restrictions: Special requests are easily and correctly taken care of.
Parking: Be careful coming out at the light and turning left toward town. It is VERY difficult to see the raised median divider. No reflective paint.

Understaffed and sleeping Homeless people inside hanging over dirty tables
Parking: Very tight handicapped parking. Overheating in Toilet and dirt.
