At this location, one of the employees—an older woman—wears a face mask every time I've encountered her. She appears to have hearing difficulties and frequently asks customers to repeat their orders; However, if you speak up in a louder tone so she can hear you, she gets annoyed. Furthermore, she fails to follow McDonald's standard order protocols and simply hands you whatever she *thinks* you ordered. For instance, I asked for a burger with large fries and a large soda, but all she gave me was the burger with small fries and a medium soda. It is frustrating; if she isn't suited for that specific role, she could be placed in a different position—ideally one that doesn't involve direct customer service.

The crew working 2/22/26 at 1pm needs to all be shown the door and start over. Imagine standing in a FAST food lobby for 27 minutes for a burger and nuggets. It’s ridiculous and nobody cared one bit. These are the crews that give the whole place a bad name. Pathetic.

It’s a McDonalds, food and experience is hit or miss but usually decent when I visit. I’m writing this as I had an order that was placed through the mobile app and the store was closed. I reached out to corporate about the charges which ended up being refunded. However, the manager of this location went out of her way to email me and send an offer for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the extra effort from her, which I haven’t gotten from other places and I wanted to recognize her.

Reese tried to argue with me I said add a chicken patty to me McDouble and they only gave a McDouble I went up there twice after my first time picking up. I got home a second time and them called back about a refund because he said I should have only gotten a a chicken patty because I said add. That is not correct. Adding means in addition too. It’s not even the fact that my order was wrong TWICE ITS THE FACT AFTER I CALLED BACK HE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME.

I ordered through the drive thru and the employee at the window was rude and didn’t speak. My order wasn’t repeated so I assumed it was taken as I ordered. When I got to the window to receive my food it was a 10 piece nugget. I informed the it was wrong and requested to get the filet o meal. The young lady at the window smirked, closed the window and I waited. She proceeded to give me the bag again, and was laughing when she gave to me. I didn’t realize until after I pulled off that it was still the 10 piece nugget meal. Never again will I return to this location.

Right before I was about to order a homeless person walked in and went straight upstairs to camp out for the day. I notified the staff, who did nothing about it. So I left and did not spend my money here. I will not patronize a fast food restaurant who allows their otherwise safe/clean space to become a dirty/dangerous homeless shelter.
