The person working to register this evening at 6:20 p.m. is phenomenal! This is often a thankless job, but her attention to detail, friendliness on a busy and cold Sunday night should be commended. She is, as a business owner or franchisee, exactly what you hope your staff is functioning as well. Bravo!

I come here often: the line is ALWAYS long, they never properly greet the customer, and i placed an order for pickup instore they said drive-thru only at 7:27am. i have school so this was very inconvenient, if the inside isnt open at least put that on the door or something but to just have the door locked: very unprofessional

Terrible management especially when you are expected to take the lead when there is an missed opportunity on the Brand. Poor pissed presentation. Will never get my dollar again. You cant provide pissed poor service and take it out on the customer cause im asking you to be accountable!!!!!!!

I’ve literally been sitting two cars back in the drive-through for 45 minutes. Why am I still here? What am I waiting for? My dinner will be $35 for two meals that used to be under $15. I could have driven to Aldi, bought the ingredients, and made burgers at home (faster and cheaper) in the time I’ve been sitting here. Or just gone to Pinky’s, where I actually would have spent LESS for a higher quality burger. Insane.

We just tried to go to this McDonald’s on 11/14/25 at 9:00. After standing at the front of the line for 10 min and having the server look at me 3 times WITHOUT asking for my order we walked out. Worst service ever.

Terrible service.... i just waited inside at the register for 15 minutes... no one ever acknowledged me. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Since no one ever bothered to help me I can't rate the food. The service is definitely a ZERO!
