Terrible service.... i just waited inside at the register for 15 minutes... no one ever acknowledged me. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Since no one ever bothered to help me I can't rate the food. The service is definitely a ZERO!

I just received my damn food and no I didn't get my harsh brown no syrup for my damn pancakes nothing to eat wit and yes I order off freedom drive while I was at Davita Center. The uber driver say told me everything in bag LIE. I lost money and time with yall. I hate I gave one start

Came to pickup a Doordash order at 130am, they told us to pull up and wait in a reserved parking area. 20 mins later nothing. Went back around and they had it ready.. why waste tell us to park and waste our time when you said you’d bring it up?

Waited 45 minutes for curbside pickup and was never received my food. Tried cancelling my order through the app and would not let me. I would very much like a refund for the $26.38 for the food that I never received. When trying to call the restaurant they don’t even have a correct phone number to call to ask about your order or get a refund.

If you hate McDonald's or your stomach lining and wish you could get a McDonald's meal from the dumpster out back instead I cannot recommend this location enough.
Seems like this McDonald’s has been updated. The vibe was good. The staff were good. Everything seems to run smooth at this McDonald’s what I really like that the restaurant was clean and being cleaned as we were there. We got our food in a decent amount of time and it was hot . The drink machines area was clean not dirty and smelly.This McDonald’s has the new order stations,they have two. One thing I don’t like about this McDonald’s is that the driveway area in the front of the restaurant people block it and you cannot get through I had a hard time when I went that way trying to get out other than that. everything else was pretty cool.
Parking: It’s not the biggest parking lot for parking, but it is decent
Kid-friendliness: This McDonald’s is kids friendly, but it doesn’t have the kids area like some of the other ones do
If I could give NO STARS i would. Who ever is the owner of this location needs to know what’s going on. It’s sad that I waited in Drive Thru for 45 mins. 5 different ppl came on the speaker to take my order then would tell me to hold on for a minute. I waited an extra 20 minutes at the speaker. Then when I arrived at the window. The young lady had a very nasty and rude attitude. She was very disrespectful and dismissive. Who ever is the manager on this night shift need to run there shift a little better or they just need to be terminated. This is ridiculous and sad. I only stay 2 minutes from this location. And this the only reason why I come here. This night shift needs to do better. This is a place of business and it should run like one. Very disappointed.
